Staff: The staff at the hotel was amazing. Very accommodating! Food: I did not take advantage of the breakfast because it was just different - wasn't used to eating vegetables for breakfast. The hotel menu (for lunch and dinner) was amazing though and the chef was great. Rooms: The rooms could use a bit of a makeover though. Not sure when they last got an update. The shower was amazing with fast hot water. Overall: I would stay there again. It was near a really good restaurant and you could walk to the Hip Strip (downhill, but far).

It was very poor to stay here. Hotel didn’t offer blankets, toiletries, or other standard amenities. Breakfast would take 30 minutes to receive some eggs and service was beyond poor. Not staying here again.

Nice clean hotel, staff was nice but the bed isn’t as comfortable but it worked for the one night and we were facing sea view which the view is amazing but the noise from the street is very loud.

The property doesn’t look very impressive from the outside but once you walk you notice it is a very clean and modern property. The staff were friendly and provided very good service. The room was well maintained, on the larger side, and the bathroom was modern with lots of water pressure in the shower. This is our first visit to this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised.

The property has the best views. I stayed here for one night, I wish I had more time, I would’ve definitely extended my stay. We had dinner at the restaurant, delicious. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staffs are very polite and welcoming. Lovely place.

The hotel is a view i must say!!! very clean and well kept. room were very nice beds were comfortable pillows was soft Ac was cold!!!!! One down fall was the breakfast they serve the same thing every single day nothing new jus yams an cord fish and fried dumplin thats the only reason i would not stay again.

This is a lovely hotel overlooking Montego Bay and surrounding area. It was very private and safe. The food onsite was delicious and offered outside seating with a harbor view. We stayed a few days after the hurricane so there were a few minor challenges that were perfectly excusable. The road below is loud and it's not next to the beach but they provide shuttle service to nearby attractions including the airport and Hip Strip. We look forward to staying again in the future!

we had checked in under very difficult circumstances- Hurrican Beryl decided to visit and airport shut and flight cancelled. The staff were under extreme pressure trying to sort multiple issues. They are first and foremost professional and dedicated - some staff coming in even though they were meant to not be working . I admire their hard work and positivity. We are grateful to them for making our stay as best as possible given the circumstances. Can highly recommend this hotel - food, pool , spacious rooms great view - we will be back to Montego Bay one day and will definitely stay here .

This hotel was perfect for quiet visit. Its offers complimentary breakfast. Dinner we paid itcwas clean and the serve was great everyday we were there. It was very quiet there was shuttle the took us to doctors cave and shopping. Also we had great driver for river rafting and took us to the pork pit. We had a great time and the view is great
