Perfect location for a short trip to Lecce. The host was extremely helpful and guided us to the ‘must sees’ of Lecce.
Nothing, everything was great

The location is excellent. The roof top terrace was very nice.

Beautiful building and perfect location. Very clean
Perfect for 3 nights. Staff very helpful. Very quiet.
Very impersonal. Beds uncomfortable, unless you like a hard bed. No coffee or any supplies apart from a couple bottles of water. Not quite how the photos portrayed.
4.0
The apartmens are in perfect place.
The roof terrace which was one of the reason why we chose this particular apartment was completely untidy.
4.5
spaciousness, atmosphere & location
lack of power sockets

Position is central.
I was contacted by WhatsApp few hours before the check in, in order to send my passport pic. The lady I was in contact with gave me instruction for a self check in, however she gave me the wrong room number so I was trying to get into another room. Every time I would contact the lady she would reply hours and hours late. The room itself is good size but totally not worth the price I paid. Tv is in a weird position so to watch it you have to lie down on the bed and turn your head 90’ to the left and watch it like that. There isn’t a proper closet but some hangers in the room for your clothes. There are no shelves in the bathroom neither space, so you don’t know where to put your toilet stuff.
4.5
The location was perfect and the view from the roof top was amazing. The staff are very friendly and available by whatsapp if needed.
Check-in was easy and you can leave your bags if you have a late flight. I could come and go as I please without having to see a receptionist every day, which I prefer. I did not know my view would be so amazing! They should definitely shout about it a lot more!
Great value for money if you book well enough in advance.
I didn't like the two single beds put together as a double as I could not sleep in the middle of the bed. I basically had a single bed. It was still comfortable but if roll over my body, it sank where the beds met in the middle.
Having a bin in the bedroom would be great too and maybe a mirror?
Non of this takes away from the great stay that I had, I would stay again in the exact same room and be happy!
4.5
Very nice location and position of the hotel.
Bathroom could be improved.
4.5
Great location, great building (medieval building with meter thick walls but modernized interior.
3.5
location is perfect
rooms are fine and look nice. our bathroom didn’t really have any shelf space to store your toiletries which was a bit annoying but all in all fine. the WiFi isn’t great but that’s completely understandable due to the thick brick walls (problem in most Puglia hotels).
3.0
Brilliant location in the old town, so close to the beautiful Santa Croce and Duomo.
No adequate tea or coffee facilities(no electric kettle or coffee machine as listed in booking.com ).Towels old and torn, bed sheets torn.Free toiletries concisted of 1 small body wash and 1 old/refilled bottle with an unlabeled substance in it. The kitchen had broken cupboard doors and minimal supplies, only salt. The out door furniture is NOT clean and white as pictured but stained, grey and cracked.Although this is amazing in its architectural features and location be aware that it is not as listed with booking.com .For apartments with the terrance note that there are long, steep narrow staircases to access both the apartment then the terrance.
4.5
Very cozy and large rooms
3.5
outdated flat
really needs a renovation, kitchen was falling apartment and bad utilities.
3.0
Great location and despite the fact that the little square in front of the door has many bars with tables outside, you don’t hear anything in the room.
None of the picture on booking reflected the reality of my room, if I saw such pictures of the reality for sure I would have never booked it!
4.5
Location is excellent as it is close to both parking places and historical center. The staff is cool and wilingful to help. The atmosphere inside is unique.
3.5
ideale location
facility to park the car nearby
the high stairs to reach the room
the facilities are older than shown on pictures
bathroom with broken tiles in shower
air-conditioning not sufficient for 2 rooms, fan not enough

location
The AC was not working. The property is not what we saw in the picture. instead what we had was a complete opposite, outdated , uncomfortable, things falling apart, unclean space.
2.0
The location is great and the receptionist is friendly.
This review refers to the room on the ground floor next to the reception. Although the room is large and nicely furnished, its main flaw is that it is extremely stuffy. Only tilting a small upper window facing the street is possible. It would be fair not to rent it out. The owners should find solutions e.g. by opening the locked door for air circulation or transforming the room into a lobby. The shower and bathroom door require a reparation. There was also a recent damage at the toilet that had not been fixed. As other reviews state, there is indeed a bar close by that operates late night and causes noise. If you happen to opt for this B&B, it is our recommendation to not select the room on the ground floor. Other rooms might be decent. The reception is only operating upon appointment, which requires good planning and patience (or “holiday mode”) from guests.

Location and roof terrace.
Air con in the bedroom didn't really work, but the fan was fine in there.
3.0
such a cute town to be in and the accom was in the style of the streets outside. very close to the action.
the owner was very accommodating as we were able to pick up the key from the office when they were not around.
a bit too close to the bars which didn’t close til 2am. you could hear the loud music very easily as there was no double glazing and there were also no curtains - only pieces of thin material covering the middle of the windows which let lots of light in the morning.

Service was good and the building and rooms where in style with the beautiful city lecce. Location is fantastic! We just loved the authentic ceilings.
At certain times it is not allowed to drive or park for non permit holders in the historic center. This is a big pluse because walking in the city is great! But be aware if you have some luggage to bring along.

we were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We had a bit of a tricky time getting to Lecce with delays, missed trains etc but the accommodation was the light at the end of the tunnel!!!
We arrived to a beautiful bustling and cosmopolitan piazza - it was fantastic to know that even late at night, there was somewhere to grab some food and a drink and feel like we'd truly arrived in gorgeous Italy.
4.0
Top notch location and walking distance from most places of interest. Proximate to a large selection of Italian restaurants and bars in a quiet neighbourhood.
Minimalistic kitchen options

The location is great in old town!
The bathroom was not clean. Also the beds are not great. But that's maybe our opinion.
4.5
The room was perfect. It was on the ground floor in the city center of lecce. You could not hear the noise inside though. You could find everything near it. It was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. She helped us a lot with everything! We highly recommend it!
The WiFi was not working :(

The bed wasn't very comfortable. Cold water. Some dust on the floor.

The property is very well located in Lecce city centre.
Room is cozy and will all facilities.
Our room was not showed on booking.
The room was clean but in the bathroom there were a lot of ants.
We needed to call the property.

We rented 2 adjacent 1 bedroom ( double bed) apartments for 3 nights in a very old palatial style building with a joint entry from the street. We were met at the office on the ground floor and it was all well organised. There is a manageable climb to the first floor ( I use a walking stick) to 2 lockable doors opposite each other giving entry to 2 separate apartments. We also had access via another flight of stairs to a shared roof terrace area. Each apartment was spotless with aircon in the bedrooms of each...which chilled the bedroom down in minutes for sleeping. Given we were out most of the time there was no point in chilling the whole apartment by leaving it running unnecessarily. We were very central in the old city and the famous Basilica of Santa Croce was only a few minutes walk away, as was the central square with the Roman amphitheatre. We ate at local bars and cafes and restaurants.....there were lots to choose from within even a 200 metres radius. Noise from the street was not a problem later on. A great base for a visit to the old town of Lecce....very comfortable and clean accomodation.
I really cannot find anything negative to say.
