most thoughtul host, the best place I've ever stayed in 20-year traveling

EVERYTHING!! I could easily keey my eyes shut and rate this place with all ratings 10/10!! it's not just beyond my expectations but FAR BETTER than what we thought!! The host and Luigi (who picked up us from train station and gave us a ride when we left), are both professional, very kind and helpful. I've been traveling over 20 years, and stayed in countless hotels or bnb, it is absolutely the BEST one! I wish I could give it more than 10/10, words can't describe how much I love the host and this place, thank you so much for offering this beautiful aparment. just a note, it's right next to Chiesa Santa Chiara, just a few minutes walk to Duomo, nice restaurants nearby. SPACIOUS place, clean, very clean!!! if you like to cook, they have everything you need (just one thing: a chopping board is missed). we prepared our breakfast and had our colazione in the 'garden' too. last but not least, I MUST SHOUT OUT, "the MOST THOUGHTFUL" host I have ever met!!!

Highly recommend Li Frati

Very clean, spacious and comfortable property, had everything you may need on your break and the location was close to everything Lecce has to offer. Host was fantastic, so helpful and even offered to drive us to the train station after checking out

If ever in Lecce - this is the place to stay

Right in the heart of Lecce old town. Staff/manager was very considered - every little detail was taken care off. Beautifully furnished, all essentials and lots of goodies.

Amazing stay and amazing host

Gigi was the best host. Him and Mauro his friend took care of all our needs and were always available for our first trip as a family with a 5 month old. The appartment is perfectly located, private and quiet, and the patio is really cool.

A five star B&B. Highly recommended.

The property exceeded expectations. it was perfectly located right in the middle of the historic center. the hosts could not have been more helpful and they were extremely generous with food and toiletry supplies. we wanted for nothing. it was very much a highlight of our trip.

This big house really feels like a home away from home, in the heart of Lecce

Luigi and Graziana met us at the parking at the edge of the historic centre, which you cannot enter with your rental car. They were really friendly and Graziana speaks English fluently, Luigi is the owner and is really kind, but only speaks Italian and a bit of French. They brought us to the house by car. It is also within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the parking. The house was so much bigger than we expected and included everything you could possibly need in 3 days. The breakfast options are put in the fridge, so you can make/take it yourself, including fruits and yoghurts. The coffee machine is good and the coffee is free. The location of the house is perfect, right in the middle of all the sightseeing options in the historic centre of Lecce. Although it is in the heart of the city, the bedroom is quiet and dark, so we slept perfectly. The house has a shady courtyard, which is extremely attractive in summer I quess.

There was nothing we didn't like. There was only a strange smell in the bathroom on a regular basis. We experience this more often in Italy. Not really a problem, but just not so attractive. One suggestion: if you have such a luxurious house: install a rain shower instead of this old shower head. The shower was good but just didn't match the other high quality.

Lovely apartment, perfectly located, with a very helpful and friendly host.

The apartment was on the ground floor, with access to a quiet street close to one of the main squares where people meet in the early evening. Breakfast making facilities and ingredients like cereal, bread, milk, eggs were provided, along with an ample stock of espresso/coffee.

The only down-side was the lack of natural like coming into the apartment, which is not surprising given that it is on the ground floor and nestled in amongst the buildings and streets of the old town.

High ceiling stay

The spacious high rooms. The location. The attention that had been given to breakfast, coffee, water, ice cream, ...

Everything was fine. The only tiny thing that could change for our taste, but perhaps not of that of others, is the intense brightness of the lights.

Amazing house in central Lecce

Central, spacious, clean and cozy - even an outside terrace! This place has everything you would want for a multiple day stay in Lecce. Highly recommended! Warm welcome by Luigi and his friends.

Perfect spot, great value!

Location is in the middle of town. Check-in was very well taken care of, communication was great via whatsapp. Apartment is really clean and complete!

Superb

The owner Luigi very kindly picked us up at the train station on our arrival in Lecce and dropped us off there when we left. Enzo, our neighbour across the road, was extremely helpful, offering assistance and advice whenever necessary. The apartment was spacious and comfortable - the food provided was plentiful and the chocolates were delicious!
