The staff was friendly. I met Bernard, Andre, and Watson. I like the staff social where there were light snacks and happy hour. I thought breakfast would just be yogurt and bagels but there were eggs and meats as well. The hotel was clean. The staff was the best.
I wish there were snacks for purchase at the bar. I didnt dislike anything else.

I like the cleanliness of the rooms and the facility.
The front desk staff were amazing. I felt safe staying at the hotel.
Breakfast choices were good. I did not care for the scramble eggs. They did not taste like eggs.

Peu d’eau chaude certains jours.
Petit-déjeuner mauvais : qualité déplorable et choix hyper réduit voire unique et répétitif quotidiennement.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. I had expected a level of quality and service commensurate with the price point at which your hotel is marketed, but unfortunately, several aspects fell short of my expectations.
Facilities: The amenities offered were less impressive than I had anticipated, leaving room for improvement in order to meet industry standards.
Staff Availability: I frequently found that staff members were preoccupied with personal mobile phone activity, which led to delays and impacted the level of service I received.
Room Condition: The room provided was noticeably smaller than depicted in promotional images. Additionally, the cleanliness of the floor was subpar, and the air conditioning unit emitted disruptive noise levels, hindering my overall comfort during my stay.
Dining Experience: The food served did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. This was an area where I had hoped for a much better experience, considering the price of the stay.
Recreational Options: Lastly, the hotel lacked engaging activities or features, leading to an uneventful experience.
Given these issues, I find it difficult to categorize the establishment as anything beyond a one-star hotel or a motel. I urge you to consider these points as constructive feedback for the betterment of your services.

The staff is amazing. From checkin to check out everyone was pleasant. Joel was super helpful, Kirk was amazing when it came to helping us with our bags and giving us ideas of things to do and eat . BJ was clutch at the beach. Complimentary breakfast made meals a plus to navigate. You’re in walking distance of everything in Grace Bay and it’s super safe so you can walk EVERYWHERE. The most price reasonable report in Grace Bay period!
Limited things for the kids to do. Outside of the pool area and the beach, they would have been bored out of there minds. Thank God for the pool and ping pong tables in the beach area.

clean, comfortable, easy location, good aircon, quiet and private, staff were pleasant
Check in took a long time, cost too much for just 18hours!!, No in-room tea and coffee supplied, very noisy air conditioner,

The location was great. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The beach was just beautiful and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We were able to get to know several of the staff who we really enjoyed talking with to learn more about the island.
There was a little snafu about our room but it was taken care of.

The location was centrally located which was nice.
The facility has no elevator. I asked on three separate occasions for washcloths and NEVER got one. I used a hand towel to wash my body with my entire stay. The electricity would go out when I would dry my hair every afternoon. Construction crews work at night right beside the hotel. Not a overall good experience at this resort.

This property is in close proximity to the beach (3 minute brisk walk), resort staff is friendly and accommodating, pool area is clean and Watson was great! Having mini fridge in room was very helpful! Continental breakfast was wonderful! Room was cleaned when asked and extra towel were provided! I stayed in a 1st floor room facing the pool/hot tub which was so amazing! Staff at the beach was also great! I had an amazing vacation and will definitely come back!
I didn't like leaving!

Great setting in a boutique hotel without too many people. Close to beach- shuttle if you need it. Close to great bakery Tribe, resto Castaway and casino at Ritz. Across the road from great grocery store. Yummy croissants( from Tribe) for breakfast. great place if you don not have a car. Would go back!

The staff is very welcoming, polite, and kind. Paul and Joel at the front are superb. Michael was exceptional. The resort was well-maintained and clean.
The bar needs younger folks who know how to mix drinks. A little entertainment/poolside activities would be great

Great location 5 min walk from the beach. Bed was super comfortable and room was very quiet and clean. Pool area was clean and pleasant and relaxing.
The included breakfast and coffee weren’t very good.

The location was perfect in the middle of Grace Bay.
The cleaning staff had bad attitudes and had no sense of urgency. The pool & jacuzzi weren’t well cleaned. There were a lot of issues with our first room that we had to change rooms soon after we arrived. The second room had malfunctioning phone.

The location, breakfast, and the staff.

The location was perfect a lot of the restaurants, shops, beach and lounges were in walking distance from the hotel. There is a nice lounge in walking distance. The beach is beautiful.
I did not like that the room description is not what was expected. All the light switches in the room did not work. The light in the bathroom made a terrible humming sound. Room service was very pleasant and sweet. However, they do show up extremely early 9am/10am too clean you room because if the hotel is slow for the day, work has to be completed before they end their day. I felt like I overpaid for my stay.

Central location , friendly staff, comfy bed, fridge in room and safe, nice sized pool, and plenty of parking.
The Free breakfast was really lacking and inconsistent. Especially over the weekend. We saw mounds of sausages come out on Sunday just 10 minutes before breakfast closed?

The location was in an excellent area for the price. The breakfast was really good and light.
The hotel staff were really courteous and friendly and help with every request needed.
