Location is very good. Breakfast is excellent. The owner of this hotel and staffs are so nice and thoughtful. Definitely recommend to all.
Nothing

The building was very nice and the room was fine.
A buffet style breakfast would have been nicer so one can choose what one has rather than having it pre-decided and the fruit pre-cut on one plate, sweet and savoury mixed. My husband had a little bit but I couldn't touch it. The coffee however was great.

The location is good. Walking distance from the train station. The dinning room is comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful with good English.
The lid of toilet keeps falling may hit your body. There is a barking dog at the entrance.

Nice family run place in Selcuk, a few minutes drive to Ephesus. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom. The breakfast that was included was plenty and delicious. Harry and his sons were helpful and informative.

Breakfast was great, with a mix of fruits, vegetables; loved the egg and fried bread.
Service was also friendly and hospitable.
Bed was comfortable. Guesthouse was conveniently located to places we wanted to visit.
A bit cramped, though manageable.

Rooms were quite basic but that's what you get for the money. Very affordable

It's a nice family hotel. It is clean and the personnel are very helpful and polite. They have a great terrace on the top. The rooms are basic but have all the needed - bathroom, AC, beds, tv. There is no fridge in the room, but you can use their one in the roof. The breakfast is excellent.
All was good.

Very friendly staff
Staff and customers smoking at breakfast, so l wasn't able to eat!!
I don't care if it's Turkey, customers should have safe zones from filthy cigarettes and eating inside should be one of them.

The property was unique and offers a traditional Turkish living and set up and because of these, I think its brilliant and immersed us with traditional Turkish cultural experience. The Hotel is very close to the Bus Station literally a stone throw away. It is very close to Ephesus ruins and the staff showed us, literally pointed the road to us from the hotel rooftop! Its close to a beautiful local beach although we went to a nearby town Kusadasi for the busy beach. A walking distance to the Castle, shops, restaurants and place of worship. The owner, his son and all the staff were remarkable and very helpful. The place was comfortable, quite and accessible. We feel like part of their family rather than as guest. Theres a public parking nearby but the roads are safe enough to park our rented car - which the owner recommended and just steps away by the mosque or camii. Breakfast at the rooftop was awesome on its own and not to mention the view of the Ephesus mountain and the red tiled roofs of houses around it. The traditional Turkish breakfast and they offered a lot almost fill me for the day!
Is hard to find something we did not like because we were like cultural tourists - and this hotel was really unique to us with all the traditional carpets and tapestry. Anyway, the hotel room was odd shaped but this did not affect our comfort and convenience.

great location, not far from Bus Otogar, a lot of restaurants and minimart nearby.
The owner and his son were really nice.

Location is so near the bus station and restaurants area and nice terrace and view at the roof top
its a bit awkward that the washbasin is outside the washroom. but since we did not stay long it was manageable.

This family-run guesthouse is perfectly located. The room was simplistic as advertised and described and I didn't want or need anything more. They were helpful and considerate. Their friendliness was a warm welcome to Turkey. Loved the breakfast.

We were welcomed very warmly, and the staff and Harry are super friendly and welcoming. We could even borrow some guidebooks for nearby Ephesus.
The breakfast was amazing and kept us satisfied until dinner, and the internet worked nicely so we even spent a day working online without any issues whatsoever.
The room we had was rather small, but that was more than compensated by the huge terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The shower worked perfectly fine and we also felt very safe. When we had to leave, we felt like we had become somewhat indulged in Selcuk, as the atmosphere in the guesthouse was so familiar and friendly. A great place to stay at!

This is one of those places where you feel at home straight away. The kindness and compassion is what made this place great. I spent time with Harry, Akatan and Simon. All hugely generous people.
On top of the awesome people, the breakfast was delicious, the shower is hot and powerful and the bed super comfortable.
I didn't have enough time to stay longer

Harry speaks english, we arrived late at Selcuk by bus and called him, he helped us find the location step by step, waited outside to welcome us. Anz Guest House is cozy and provided everything we needed including pair of sleepers for everyone (not expected). The (included) turkish breakfast was really good, as you sit they ask what kind of eggs you like so you eat them hot and it is buffet style, upstairs at the terrace is so cozy and warm, we admired the family ambience while eating and admiring the carpets on the wall. Harry was so attentitive and if you ask, he will call the taxi or will suggest where to eat or travel. Harry adviced us how to return to the airport at a less cost.. Thank you Harry!
wanted a picture with Mougly the dog but he wasn't around when I was leaving😏

Wonderful stay with a fabulous host!! Harry and his family made us feel so welcome and helped us booking tours/ how to get to Ephesus. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve in turkey (included Vegemite!!). Very central location- close to bus station, can walk to Ephesus and St Johns Basilica. Rooms were small but comfortable!! We will definitely be back.
Shower sometimes wet the bathroom floor but nothing major

Nothing to add here.

Good - fantastic location 5 minutes from bus station, round the corner from the Ephesus museum and only 35 minutes walk to Ephesus, 25 minutes to cave of the seven sleepers and 5 minutes to the temple of Artemis. Friendly family run place, great terrace where breakfast is served. Room was small but clean and comfortable looking out into the courtyard. Quiet at night, comfortable bed
Room was a bit small but fine for a couple of nights.
