Staff was very nice.

Mold growing in bath tub and in grout of tile. Bed torn apart on side. No washcloths in room. Shower was in Jacuzzi tub? Room smelled like smoke. Bedding was not warm, flat pillows, uncomfortable bed. Room was very hot, A/C did not work and they couldn't seem to fix it. Location was supposed to be near airport but still quite a drive. Area was not the nicest. Building old and ran down.

Please do not ever come to this hotel. Even if you are thinking that it is close to the airport, it is only on the map. It took 10 min to get us to the airport by rental car at night, if you will go by public transport or taxi - you will hate it. The hotel is located in a very poor social district. The hotel is used mostly by unsocial women that coming on a dates with men for 1 night. The soundproof of the rooms is very poor, you will hear everything. The rooms are very poor quality, everything is too old (ac not working, balkony door not closing, ceilings are dirty etc). The bed is very uncomrtable. And the price is too expensive 😞 The only + is closed private parking.

The staff was friendly.

The room was smelling of cigarettes smoke, the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was sinking, the head of shower was splattering to different directions. Although the place not so far from the airport, if you don’t have a car, you have to take a taxi and they charge extra because they consider it outside Napoli.

Fantastic staff, good hotel just a shame about the Wi-Fi

The people at the front desk made me feel at home and were absolutely fabulous, regarding the rooms they are really nice and fairly renovated

The fact that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms is really unheard of and pretty pathetic but besides that and a small hole in our duvet we really had a good stay

It was a pleasant enough place to stay for one night.

Staff was helpful and put our rooms together.

I was hoping for an easy commute to the airport, but it turned out to be a bit farther than expected and the taxi couldn't fit our entire party in one trip requiring two trips. Eating options were very slim. We ended up getting roasted chicken from the corner. It was tasty enough I suppose.

The staff was really kind and very accommodating.

Out of the hotels control, but because the location is "outside of Naples" the cabs to and from the hotel were quite expensive. It's only 2 miles from the airport but was about 30 to 35 euros for a transfer.

comfortable and clean with friendly helpful staff

Breakfast was a little strange with plastic plates and limited selection. I was fine as I don’t really eat breakfast but if breakfast is your thing you will be very disappointed. Although the hotel was lovely the surrounding area wasn’t great although there was a nice restaurant nearby.

Nice place to stay overnight

Near airport to send a night, ok to be for a short time. Clean, good rooms.

Asked to order a taxi to go to airport early in the morning. The price turned out to be tremenous, 50eur for a short drive - with that money one can drive to another city. Be careful and order the taxi by youself - always agree on the fixed price before using a taxi in Italy.

Superb

Good location if you're there to be near airport (we only spent the night before the flight). The staff vas wery nice and helpful. Easy to park athe car. If we would be in the same position again (just to wait for the flight in the morning) we would choose this hotel.

In the early morning there was some noise from outside and the shower in the bathroom was a bit problematic. Anyway we got what we needed.

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

As soon as we walked into the room, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, both in the bedroom and bathroom, which was not appreciated. Secondly, in the middle of the night (around 1am) two individuals singing and talking really loudly could be heard. We think they were the cleaning crew because they could be heard going into multiple rooms near ours. We had an early flight (had to wake up at 4am) and needed as much sleep as possible and that did not help.

55 min to airport by foot It’s not in Naples, so every taxi will double the price, even if it’s just around the corner 30€ just to get to the airport by taxi from the hotel Some rooms are obviously for… paid romance, if you get it. Our night was accompanied by a very loud, quite fake moaning
