Would not recommend at the price point

Comfortable beds and pillows, size of the apartment, air-conditioning

Lack of communication with management (twice they let us down and held up check in and not showing to their pre arranged appointment to return to collect city tax during our stay that they ended up telling us to leave with keys on check out), quality of amenities (everything is 'just working' and passable), had to clean every dish and utensil in the kitchen before use with dish cloth that was already dirty, including inside the kettle. No equipment to cook in the oven or spoons/tongs for stove, just spoons, knives and forks.

The fridge stopped working so our milk and meat went off but that’s easily fixed

The stairs to get to the apartment can be challenging with heavy luggage.

Same as others noted: great location for old city and train stations for Herculanum/Pompeii/Sorento. high ceiling, great balcony and partial Vezuv view. Safety door and well working AC. Shower gel and plenty of toilet paper provided. Has basic kitchen equipment and oil/salt/kitchen towel... Overall good value for money.

Same as others noted: host is not responsive (enough for me), 4 th floor with no elevator, has no additional sheet, only a used extra blanket, no sharp knife, no preparation space in the kitchen, no microwave, no hooks for coats at entry.

Superb

GREAT location. Very kind and friendly host. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We cooked breakfast easily, There is a washing machine.

The pillows could be renewed (they were clean for sure). The sheets are not fitting well (very clean).

Superb

Great location with amazing view from balcony. It's also very quiet, and super comfortable. Everything works in the apartment, beds are excellent and it was very clean inside. We felt welcome with AC on (while it was super hot outside) and fresh drinks in the fridge. Kind host who arrived very quickly to open door even though we arrived in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. He arranged for us to leave our suitcase at another apartment on our departure day, waited to meet us outside to show us the way, and entrusted us with keys - super helpful, it made our day so much easier. Thank you !

Make sure you are fit because stairs are high and there are many of them to get to the apartment (only reason why I would not recommend this apartment to elderly people).

Great base for exploring Napoli, not the best area for a relaxing holiday

Location was great as a starting point to explore Napoli Apartment was comfortable and spacious for two Air conditioning was quiet and super effective, leaking in living room Bedroom was very well lit and quiet despite busy street outside Host was very friendly and helpful

The shower head is only 170cm high so I didn't fit underneath standing up Ants coming from hole in skirting board, generally less clean in kitchen than rest of the apartment Very few kitchen utensils, e.g. no chopping board or tea towel Location is central, but it is right on the edge of Centre Storico and the less safe and nice neighbourhoods of Napoli

Disappointing

location was good

the host was quite unfriendly, the bathroom and rooms were quite dirty(mould in the shower) , the cook ware should be changed to new and clean it is also 5th floor and was challenging climbing it every day in was quite loud in the night( the room goes to the busy street)

Exceptional

I spent a few days in Naples and found this apartment. By name I thought it was a hotel / villa, but for us it was perfect as an apartment. Although we arrived earlier and the taxi from the airport dropped us off at the address, Guido called me, greeted us and helped us with our luggage. The apartment is on the top floor and although it takes a bit of effort to climb the stairs, the view and the balcony make it worthwhile. The apartment is clean, simple and I had everything I needed. Although the center is not one of the most beautiful areas of Naples, it is a perfect starting point to many sights as well as to the port and Lungomare (about 15 minutes by car / uber). Thank you for the reception and for the beautiful days spent in Naples!

The stairs can be hard to climb after a long day of walking or for someone old.

Very good

Great location right at end of main street in historic centre and 8 minutes walk to main station. Dont be put off by the outside of the building, the apartment inside is lovely. Owner very nice. Was still cleaning apartment when we arrived so we sat on balcony and he made us coffee. He was prompt in answering if you needed to contact him. Apartment very clean and bed super comfortable. Bathroom has great shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Nice little balcony but rd outside is busy although when doors are shut it's very quiet. Overall a very nice apartment in great location.

Everything was very good but a few extra touches would have made it excellent. The only mirror was in the bathroom, needs a full length mirror. A tea towel would have been useful and more hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Also no fault of the property and it does state it on booking.com but there are 84 steps to climb to apartment so you need to be reasonably fit.

location was amazing and the property was really cosy. the owner was also incredibly helpful and quick to respond.

the kitchen could be a little more equipped: sharp knife, tea towel, a big serving spoon and so on.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all basic facilities and also wonderful view of the city. 10 mins walk to the central station and the town centre.

The apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. Not recommended for elderly people or if you have large heavy luggage.

An amazing place

The property it’s well located and it offers an amazing view of the city. The host is very kind.

There is a lot of stairs. People with knee, back and heart problem should consider this before booking.

Superb

The location was great! Very close to the old historic city center and restaurants. We ended up going to Vesuvius and Pompei, and the Porta Nolana train station is just 10 minutes by foot. The balcony was nice, too. We drank tea on the balcony and that was really lovely! Antonio, the host, was responsive when we needed to contact him. It was late fall when we visited, so we didn’t use the air conditioner, but there are two in the apartment, which is probably great in the summer time.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk up, so walking up and down was quite tiring. The apartment would have been even better if a few small things were added, like a hook for towels near the shower, or a tea towel for drying dishes (perhaps there was one, but we couldn’t find it).

Comfortable modern fifth floor apartment with balcony, close to a busy tourist street in Naples.

Location is good, just around the corner from a busy tourist street (near Sorbillo Pizza which is a must!). The area around the apartment is generally quiet at night and quite close to a decent local coffee shop and little mini market. The hosts called to arrange meeting to get the keys and they met us immediately at the apartment. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the main train station which makes it great for connecting to other areas (Pompeii, Sorrento) but best to walk the main road route (not necessarily the route that Google Maps suggests) as some roads directly around the train station can be a little sketchy. Loved watching the busy streets of Naples from the double balcony which the apartment has. Aircon in both living room and bedroom was good.

Be mindful that the apartment is at the top of the building, up 5 or more flights of stairs and there is no lift. Not a negative as we were aware of this from the booking, but not suitable for anyone with walking or mobility issues.
