Location
Poor value for money, hot stuffy rooms and uncomfortable beds, also so many flies in the breakfast room some effort could be made to deal with the fly problem.
3.5
Breakfast was extremely good, with freshly prepared birchermuesli and a good choice of other things, including fresh eggs. The spa was a nice addition, but is quite simple, just a big jacuzzi.
2.5
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is old, but it has its charm, the interior design fits the age of the hotel.
Free parking in front of the hotel.
Close to the railway station and located at the lake.
The room was very small (we had the Mini Suite, but a regular Junior Suite in a city hotel is at least 2-3 times bigger.) There was no balcony.
The messages, sent over booking messenger, were being ignored.
The baby crib had a to small mattress.
The price is pretty high for the level of comfort (small room, no elevator *out of service, tight hallways and staircase).
The food in the hotel own restaurant wasn't good and was overpriced for the quality.
There were a lot of flies in the lobby and restaurant.

Good location, close to train station and lake. Big room
Maybe it is my problem, but when i book an SPA hotel, I expect to find a pool, sauna. But in this hotel only a jacuzzi with cold water is available. But maybe it was my too high expectations.
Dear hotel management please do something with flies in the restaurant. Too many flies both during breakfast and dinner. Very disturbing.

room was tight and overpriced. there was a hair dryer that was melted and a broken weight scale in the room. weird.

Amazing, we absolutely loved it. if you could take a room with a view, it will make your stay just excellent
nothing to complain about, value is bigger than the money we paid
3.5
Lovely staff, nice breakfast with yoghurt, fruitsalad, bread, coffee etc. Rustique Swiss hotel with view of the lake. Easy to park. Quiet rooms with loads of tv-channels, even BBC.
Breakfast from 0730. Bit stressful when expected to be on customer site at 0800. But they were nice and let me start before 0730.

Beautiful location and great staff. Lovely restaurant. Cosy yet quite spacious rooms. Had a really great sleep!
Bathroom was a bit small. Would have liked more than one pillow.
2.0
Well located by the lake and promenade
Very badly organised: it took 4 hours for us to get the keys on check in, the service in the restaurant is terribly slow, the final bill had an error.
Breakfast buffer uses bred from the tables of the restaurant that was served last night (super not hygenic).
Etc etc

The location is amazing and very quaint setting. Close to the train station is also very helpful.
The staff was not very friendly or attentive, not sure if this was down to us not speaking French or something else entirely, they weren't that busy, yet the service was atrocious in the evening.

location & staff incredibles.
the room was a bit too hot.

lovely all round - rooms, people, location.

The staff were fantastic and helpful and even spoke English to me. The shower was a little on the short side, for me but i am rather tall, but when i asked to change rooms they were able to acccommodate my request. The breakfast was good and served a small variety but quality produce and the restaurant in the hotel served delicious large portions of food.
Our stay just wasnt long enough to explore more of the area and the games room in the hotel!!
5.0
The location is perfect right in front of the lake. The room was very clean. the hotel and restaurant’ service is very professional. The hotel is a very cozy, well maintained property .
the double bed is actually two single beds pushed together and the mattress is not very comfortable
4.5
The breakfast is good and very good location. The food is delicious.

lovely hotel but we were unfortunate to get a room with the view of the car park .... we had to keep the curtains closed as people in the parking could see us ! otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent hôtel, very welcoming staff and excellent situation in front of Lac de Joux
Variety of choice in the breakfast, excellent restaurant and sumptuous New year dinner.

Breakfast was good. Loved Le Pont and the location of the hotel. Beds were very hard (but this is a matter of personal taste).
Staff were not welcoming; I didnt expect that...
