Зручний готель для відрядження за гарну вартість.

Великий плюс - це розташування, поруч озеро та всі основні транспортні розв'язки, сніданок звичайний континентальний - холодні закуски, плюс - наявність лососю, з гарячого - тільки яйця, які треба самому варити, чай та кава, смачні круасани та випічка. А ще, незважаючи на малу площу номерів, дуже гарні широкі ліжка з мякими зручними подушками та матрасами. Зручно, що в номері є електрочайник та кавоварка.

Можливо трохи розширити асортимент сніданку та оновлювати те, що вичерпалось частіше, а не на прохання. У душі скляна загорожа замала - вода потрапляє на підлогу.

A nice trip to Genève

The location is great, near the station and stores. The front desk service is good as well. We can use our free traveler card to take bus to the United Nations and Jet d’eau. (There is a nice chocolate shop near the hotel, but we find out that we can buy the same goods for a much cheaper price in Interlaken.)

The hair dryer is a little bit dirty.

Cet hôtel est bien placé. Proche des transports, du centre, du lac et dans un quartier populaire et animé. Les chambre sont simples et propres.

La literie est de bonne qualité mais le confort se trouve considérablement dégradé par des oreillers sans aucun soutien ni intérêt et un bruit extérieur très présent la nuit. Les chambre étant équipées de climatiseurs mobiles, il reste impossible de fermer la fenêtre et vous subissez les discours et autres éclats de voix des acteurs de la nuit citadine.

Close to transport, trains, airport. Lovely location near the lake. Good shopping and plenty to do in Old Town.

Very hot weather, air con would have been lovely. Yes I know there was a fan, thank you for that.

Not the worst but also not the best

room size was okay and the location was good. Staff were nice

no aircon. fan provided was dusty. no iron in room so had to go to a different room which was very inconvenient. toilet wasn't ideal for anyone over 6ft with a glass panel right in front

Good value for Geneva.

Very centrally located: three blocks from the lake and one block from the train station. Basic room, bed and bathroom/shower are just ok, but kept very clean and it is overall good value for Geneva. Friendly staff who went out for more fresh croissants when they ran out.

At a very busy street, next to the train station, which is also a minus because it is loud from the cars and passerbys, but the windows hold off the noise when kept closed.

Nice place

Room 67 is a nice room with a balcony which oversees the roofs of the neighbourhood. Hotel very convenient located next to the train station within an area of restaurants and bars Nice bathroom

The room could need a smaller renovation (a bit of paint is peeling off the ceiling)

Good

Overall is nice. The staff are great and helpful. The location is so wonderful. All café and restaurants are near by, public transportations (all types) are free for tourists.

Hotel facilities is just fine. However, I booked for a room with a balcony but it seems more like a window, I really did not open a discussion with the staff manager, I said "maybe this is new SWISS system", I am afraid I do not know. There is also a currency exchange rate of the Hotel, in the website booking.com was different than they charged me "a lot different". it is even different than the outside exchange, I paid 280 Euro, rather than 252 Euro as in booking.
