Pleasurable Stay

2nd time Ive stayed here, this time I was in the upstairs Studio, loved the bathroom and its double shower very spacious, always clean and luxurious, when I am in Akl its my 2 days away from my real life in Northland where I get to recharge my batteries, so I get to stay in my pjs all day, watch movies, n sleep, it was the perfect spot for this

Everything, very comfy, Staff were friendly, I even locked myself out at 7am the next morning and had to wake up the manager, she was very accomodating 😁

Long weekend

Always has everything we need when we stay here...Love staying at this motel😊

We had 2 lights out..1 in kitchen and 1 in bathroom. Our lovely housekeeping ladies came and fixed the 1 in the kitchen but could not do the one in the bathroom

Exceptional

Very spacious, great for a family with kids. It had everything you needed. Facilities were amazing, near by shops and takeaways. Loved it!

Aircon was being cleaned and wasn't working well when I arrived, there were dirt bugs on the tables assumed from the cleaning of the unit on the table , otherwise this place was fine

It was so clean, spacious and comfortable. modern amenities, big TV with SKY. It was so clean and tidy. We loved it.

except air conditioning, each n every thing was good. There was no one at the reception to attend the guests n we were h

excellent property,neat n clean,staff is very cooperative, location of the property is good, privacy and the amenities are good.

it was very hot that day but the air conditioner did not work n we had to be confined in a room with high temperature n so unpleasant we felt coz in such hot days staying in a hot room on first floor was so uncomfortable n annoying.

Bed was comfortable. There had been to much air freshener spray sprayed around. The smell was overpowering. There was 2 pieces of rubbish left on the floor

There was nobody in the reception at all. Had to ring a number to find out were the key was. Then the key for that room was not even in the box.

It would have been better if someone had been at the reception to book us in. Reception was locked and no one answered the bell. We left and had lunch. I then phoned the motel twice but no answer and no answer phone on. Gave up and had to scramble round to find other accommodation.

we arrived at 5pm and the office was closed even when it said they were open until 7pm . a phone call did sort it out .

No reception very impersonal, had to call and wait from the carpark no one at reception when leaving at 0930 the next morning.
