Disappointing family stay

Peakture hotel is great. Amazing new rooms, very clean, nice bedsheets and amenities, good minibar. Cleaning and minibar replenishment was done daily.

The SPA - only a small part of the “SPA” is accessible to families. The so called “ kids friendly spa” has a small pool, around 15-20 cm deep for babies where kids over 3 don’t really have what to do, a huge semi-Olympic pool of 140 cm deep with cold water and no safety features that nobody wants to use and a small jacuzzi that barely fits 3 families that is always super crowded as it’s the only warm water “pool” there. No sauna, no relaxing place for parents and no pool where kids can actually play. Sadly the warm water pool with a depth of 110-130 cm is in the “adults only” area. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for families with kids under 14 years old. Room service - DOES NOT EXIST- even though it’s mentioned on booking.com, the hotel website and their directory book from the room that it’s available, it’s not. They request you to go and pick up your order if you want to eat in the room. That it’s not room service Family rooms in Villa Panorama 2 - very far from the restaurants/spa, @ 350 m inclined, difficult to walk few times a day with toddlers, across the main road, in an area full of bear warnings (we were happy to have good weather, I only imagine it’s a nightmare to do so in bad weather). The rooms are small, crowded and the ground floor ones that are sold with good view (panoramic family rooms) have literally no view. The rooms sold as family rooms have the windows towards the parking and everyone can see inside. You cannot enjoy daylight in peace.

It was an Ik vacation- will not return

The location up in the mountains was gorgeous, the decorations of the rooms, restaurants … all beautiful.

The separation of diferent buildings from the main resort building is dreadful! The fact that we were treated differently than the people from the main resort building where our parents stayed: they got robes, coffee pods every day - we didn’t get robs or coffee pods every day- we felt more like renting a room in a cabin not like at a resort 😟

Kellemes, nyugodt pihenés Bálványosfürdőn.

Pazar fekvés, több épületben választható szobák, nem csak a főépületben. Kedves személyzet, néhány apró mulasztással. Számos kiegészítő program, túralehetőség és 3 étterem kínálatából lehet választani. A wellness egyedülálló, a székely szaunát itt próbáltuk ki először. Igényes, minőségi, színvonalas szálláshely,

Nem jelezték, hogy nem működik az éremkészítő automata. A wellness öltözője kicsi és a fürdőköpenyből kifogytak már a nyitásnál..

Prânz și cină...

Modern, curat, îngrijit, personal amabil, mic dejun diversificat bogat și fără limitări.

Turistul are trei variante limitate de servire a prânzului și cinei. Trei restaurante high price în același campus - adică toate trei cu nivel lux. Daca vrei să mănânci ceva mai modest-romanesc , va trebui sa te urci în mașină și să mergi in alta localitate.

Very bad overall, not good value for money, no AC, no stuff, bad shower, good spa, good food

Horrible interaction with the stuff, you simply cannot reach them when you need them We had a false fire alarm for 15 min at 7am, no one was available at the front desk Phones in the room didn’t work Calling the property would keep you on hold for up to 20 minutes then hang out “Mountain view” is actually “forest view”, or more precisely “parking lot view” - booking description is misleading We could barely take a shower, water fluctuated between very hot and very cold every 5 seconds AC didn’t work, it was just ventilating air in the room, some rooms were about 30C, at end of June Keeping windows opened was also not an option since some workers were making a lot of noise

Best relaxing getaway for a weekend

Amazing resort with outstanding staff and excellent service. The spa is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

Minunat

Resortul este foarte ofertant in ceea priveste zona SPA. Zona SPA cu numeroasele piscine, atat interioare cat si exterioare, sauna, etc o pot recomanda atat cuplurilor fara copii, cat si familiilor cu copii.

Pentru zona SPA, as recomanda mai multa vigilenta personalului, întrucât majoritatea persoanelor cazate aici, își păstrează șezlongurile chiar daca sunt plecate din resort sau pentru cateva ore. Sezlongurile sunt blocate pur si simplu pentru cand persoanele respective se intorc. Mentionez ca sezlongurile nu se inchiriaza ci sunt la libera alegere. Stiu ca asta depinde mult de educatia oamenilor cazati, insa o mai mare vigilenta a peraonalului ar fi minunat.

Cameră mare, călduroasă si curată.

-ventilație foarte zgomotoasa in camera, care nu se poate opri nici ziua nici noaptea ( noi am scos cartela peste noapte si s-a întrerupt alimentarea cu electricitate); - incomod accesul la spa din vila ( cladirea Panorama si Panorama 2 este peste drum de hotel, bisto si centrul SPA, ajungi cam in 5 minute, dar nu asta e problema: cand iesi din piscina, trebuie sa te usuci, schimbi de haine si abia apoi poti merge in cameră. Cei cazati in hotel se pot duce direct in halate); - nu prinzi șezlonguri la piscină, cei cazați in hotel le rezerva cu prosopul de la prima ora și rămâi sa te învârți pe acolo până gasesti un loc liber undeva; - nu sunt mereu disponibile halate la recepția spa-ului; - seara, când revii de la restaurant (care este in incinta hotelului) ti-e si frica pentru că lumina stradala e slaba. Sunt panouri de avertizare de urș,i iar într-o seara ne-am întâlnit cu o haita de 4 câini fara stăpân (ne-au lătrat si au venit in viteza catre noi, dupa care s au liniștit când le-am vorbit pe un ton prietenos), aviz celor cărora le e frică de câini.

Încărcătoare electrice blocate de autoturisme cu combustie internă

Locația hotelului,centru spa,mâncarea de la micul dejun,cina de la restaurantul Fork a fost excelenta și de asemenea servirea a fost foarte bună

Ar trebui mai multe ordine la încărcătoarele pentru autoturismele electrice locurile disponibile sunt ocupate de autoturisme cu combustie internă și nu mi se pare corect.Noroc că nivelul bateriei a fost ok și pentru retur și nu am fost nevoit sa incarc ,altfel prețul per kw este unu corect 1.5 Ron kw

It is not the best value for the quality provided.

Great location, nice view. The staff from the restaurants (Forest and Gastrolab) was really nice and helpful. However, we cannot say the same for the ones in the reception areas.

I would have expected more for this price. The furniture needs improvement or replacement, looks old/overused. The rooms are not sound proofed so they are a bit noisy, especially on the second floor, as it is the way to get to the Spa. Some of the facilities in the spa did not work properly or at all. Our eyes were sore due to the chlorine in the pool water.

Relaxare si rasfat

Amplasarea hotelului in mijlocul padurii este perfecta, privelistea de pe balcon a fost minunata, ne-am bucurat de culorile toamnei si chiar de un pic de zapada. Camera mare, cu balcon, curata si confortabila, mic dejun variat si gustos. Spa-ul este excelent, cu terapeuti foarte buni. Un loc in care esti rasfatat. Sauna saseasca este foarte faina.

Superb location and SPA facilities and treatments, tasty food.

Radiators in room's bathroom could be replaced because they are rusty. Balcony could be renewed (railing is rusty and the tiles a bit dirty).

No balcony - for a spa hotel, it makes it really difficult to get all of the swimsuits/towels, etc dry Lots of people from outside the hotel premises were in the spa facilities (which can be accessed based on a fixed fee) - I felt this created a bad experience for the hotel guests, as there was no room on chaise-longs, pools were really crowded, jacuzzi never free, etc. Room rates are aligned to super high luxury hotels, services not as much

Nice, relaxing trip, I felt like it could have been better value for money.

The hotel, room, restaurant, and stuff in the hotel were very friendly, mostly at the reception and at the Forest restaurant. The rooms are nicely arranged and clean. The spa is also very nice, even though it seemed bigger to us from the pictures, or, at least, the expectations were very high.

The day we arrived there were some problems with the electricity, and the saunas inside didn’t work, so we couldn’t enjoy all the spa facilities that day. considering they are constructing something new, it’s understandable. Also, the stuff in the Gastrolab were’t very friendly with us (mainly the waiter who served us), and they also put the tips on the bill even if they didn’t ask us about that, if and what amount we would like to give. On the other hand, the stuff in the Forest restaurant were exactly the opposite.
