Un sejur plin de liniste, plimbari, incantare de peisajele din jur si relaxare la spa.

Micul dejun a fost divers si de calitate, intrunind toate preferintele.

Uneori, cand hotelul este plin de turisti, restaurantul se aglomereaza. Poate ar fi bine sa se puna la dispozitie si alte saloane in care sa se serveasca masa.

Zona linistita si piscina curata.

Pretul mult prea mare pentru serviciile oferite. Camera nu arata ca una de 4 stele, nu era suficient de spatioasa ,iar mobilierul era unul vechi,reconditionat,insa decent. Mancarea nu este diversificata,ai putine variante din care sa alegi.

Quiet, fresh air, great for mind relaxation. Swimming pool was very nice. Reception girl at check-in was polite and helpful.

Restaurant, although nicely furnished and elegant and with very polite personnel, offered a rather limited choice of food and beverages. Even still water was unavailable at times. No juice, nor any kind of soft drinks were included in our half board package, even at breakfast. Poor desert options. There is a bar in the lobby, but it is rarely attended. I could not get any service on two occasions, at 19:00 and at 21:00.When I asked the reception guy, I was told that his job is only at reception... He called somebody on the phone and finally some senior lady showed up and explained that she cannot be at the bar during dinner serving time, as she helps the restaurant staff (???). There is nothing (zero) to do outside the hotel during afternoon or evening (hence my choice for drinks in the bar). Mostly nothing in the hotel either. Lack of bellboy service and the steep stairs at the entrance were a challenge, when carrying our suitcases by ourselves both at check-in and check-out.

Superb

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind. The food was great, even though there was not much variety in the menu every night. Loved the spa! Also, the beds are comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a bigger spa so we can take advantage of it more, as it fills up very fast. Me and my boyfriend got a love celebration package and the mini-facial was not included, even through it should have been. But we also forgot and did not push for it. The rooftop terrace was closed, so we could not use it. Overall, a great experience with only minor inconveniences, I would still choose this hotel if I am in the area again.

They didn't find my fully paid booking com booking.. They gave me a room that didn't have the twin beds that where agreed upon. Noisy, complicated air conditioning. Small and crowded pool. First evening meal was a mess. Extreamly crowded premises, most of the food was laking.. To be fair, the next meals where ok

Exceptional

Very good location, excellent spa and wellness services 👌, taste and variety of the breakfast and dinner buffet 😋, the staff is very friendly and caring with a professional attitude. I warmly recommend it even as a mother, it's a suitable place for children. 👩‍👧 Good choice for spending a pleasant, relaxing, enriched holiday. It was a delight to be a guest of O3zone Hotel, we're eager and excited to visit again as soon as possible. 🤩

The beds weren't comfortable enough 😕, the extra bed was useless 😪, we had to improvise ourselves 🙂. But even if this was a minor inconvenience for us, maybe it could represent an aspect to improve in the future for the administration. 🤔

Very good

Hotel is good positioned with spa center, comfortable bed, mini-bar, balcony, bathroom with shower cabin. I had breakfast and dinner included in my reservation and restaurant is clean, comfortable. Hotel has its own parking that is free

Dinner menu should be more various and drinks are not included in the dinner menu. Also, there should be more soaps and shampoos offered in the bathroom

For SPA and Massage I will come again for rest no!

Spa was ok Massage fantastic done be Levente but very disappointed food .Food at the 1988 recipes , Lot of things around Lake St Ana parapanting monastery castle.

Yesterday after the breakfast after 4 hours me and my wife we start vomiting and a uncomfortable diarrhea. We had calle emergency and analyses say Salmonella . For this think i will recommend you to be very cautions whon youu serving food or eat in other places.

Nice, good food, warm and welcoming athmospfere.

Hotel was clean and warm, sometimes maybe too warm, but is understandable because of people coming from pool and spa. Dinner and breakfast were good all you can eat type for both. Pool and spa and sauna were verry crowded because of bad weather.

for my taste, room could be little colder, also room was small for a 4 star hotel. Nothing else negative to say. Me and whife spent a werry relaxing w-end there.

nice stay but I would review the behaviour at the spa area

the personel is very friendly, you have a variety of good food at breakfast, nice spa area and the massages are relaxing.

At the pool there was a lot of noise, even if you can see everywhere signs with: forbidden jumping in the pool, be quiet, no phone allowed etc, The parents with children are letting them to do all these things without anyone from the hotel bothering to react on such things. Even more, the hotel is sharing water toys (like beach ball) to children and it’s chaos in the pool :)
