it's high standard accommodation at a reasonable price and great for a stay if your are visiting the Cedar restaurant at Fawsley hall as I was.
it's just a room and breakfast no gym or facilities but that not the point. it's In beautiful countryside, very high standard and well priced.

Rooms were recently refurbished to a very high standard. Felt luxurious with little touches to make it special

Breakfast was excellent, very well presented and tasty, with excellent quality ingredients. The surroundings are amazing and serene. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Totally worth the money.
There was a clicking/creaking in the roof or somewhere. Can't really be helped as it's just the building. The bed was really creaky. In our room the tv aeriel went all the way round the room and had quite a loose connection so needed a little jiggling. If anything these comments are just nit picking as the overall stay was great and we would recommend.

Perfect place to stay for a family of 3 going to a local wedding.
accommodation was lovely, setting is beautiful with lots of history- lots of public footpaths from the location.
Staff were really accommodating and so helpful.

Breakfast luke warm and greasy deep fried food on cold plates. The 'chef' could not even serve hot baked beans! Had to make our own tea and water not hot enough as in a flask type container. No toast offered. Bedroom was shabby and very small nothing like photos on line. A cheap mattress and low quality thin pillows. A huge disappointment. Poor quality experience and expensive!

The room was lovely and spacious. Loved the shampoo etc dispenser. Staff amazing and friendly. Breakfast was superb.
For me only as I suffer with sciatica the mattress was too soft. But that is a personal opinion.

Lovely location, comfy rooms and Gluten allergy was catered for at breakfast with no problems and no forewarning.
As no staff around when we checked in we weren't sure where to go from breakfast, we soon found the location but a little note would have helped.

The grounds and rooms are top notch. A nicer surrounding you could not ask for.
The room was uncomfortably hot. I had to have all the windows wide open in order to cool the room enough to sleep
