Perfect location to visit Lisbon downtown on foot. Clean cozy appartment in the heart of the city.

just the location
The TV didn't work and the remote control was missing, without even being notified of this upon arrival; I found 2 large towels and 1 small towel, of dubious quality, for 2 people and 3 days of accommodation; I found 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people and 3 days of accommodation; The sink is extraordinarily small; There is only one chair in the room and it is broken; Non-existent sound insulation, so loud noise; Slanted floor in the whole room. If necessary, we can prove it with pictures, room no. 10. The worst accommodation in a 1-month holiday in Europe, at a price of 417 euros for 2 people, 3 nights, plus city tax. On the booking, the word "hotel" appears when describing the wifi and it is confusing. It should it says that it is an apartment on the 3rd floor of a building.

Good option in between a dorm room at a hostel and a pricier hotel. Location is ideal!
With this great location comes all the action of a busy nightlife in the street below, granted I was here in mid-July.

Easy self check in. Everything was according to the description in on the website. The location is perfect to walk to all the central/touristic areas. The room was spacious and comfortable bed.
Something needs to be done about the doors noise. Despite the notices around, guests just slam their doors and they make significant sound that could wake you up.

I would've rated it higher but I was kept awake for 2 hours one night between 1.30am and 3.30am because a lorry parked outside was cleaning out the drains of a ground floor restaurant next door. Unbelievable racket.

location was exceptional, in the heart of Lisbon, close to main sites and metro. We appreciated being able to drop
our luggage off before check in.
sparse linens/pillows/towels, main hallway light turned on and off randomly all day and night.

The location was incredible! So central! Easy to access and the elevator was extremely helpful with the bags! Bed was super comfortable and the shower was good with super hot water! Cute little balcony overlooking the busy street. Hairdryer is also super powerful!
Shower towels were a bit small, but totally tolerable! No bottle opener or kettle

Spacious and very well located. I appreciated the view with the little terrace.
Be aware that the street can be animated at night.

Central location, relatively low price compared to competition.
There was mold in some places of the facility, generally didn't feel too hygienic. Also a decent kitchen with a fridge would have been much appreciated.

Great location, clear communication, good shower.

Got a free room upgrade with a private bathroom! Place was quiet and instructions for check in were easy enough to follow.
I visited in winter, so they provided a little fan heater. Not super convenient for keeping the room warm the entire night so I recommend just wearing more to sleep.

Good price and great central location, close to tram/metro stop, lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Self checkin/checkout was smooth, and it was convenient the house had an elevator.
There is no shared kitchen... misleading photo of kitchen on booking... It would be nice to have a kitchen with a fridge, or at least a kettle and a mug to make some tea... The shared bathroom looked poorly and was not clean. There was mould everywhere in the shower cabin. I didn't sleep well because the bed was not comfy and other guests kept slamming doors at night all the time... of course for this price I cannot complain anyway.

The location was great, I really liked the check-in process. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
It would have been great if there was a kettle we could use. We really missed having coffee in the morning while getting ready to get out.

all good … just lift was bit small .. only fit 2-3 people at a time

Almost everything.
We agreed that we would arrive at 13 hours or so to drop off luggage but when got there the was no way to get in and didn't have a way to find out what was the problem. Had to get some WiFi in a near by restaurant to access my emails and find out that the owner had changed the plan and the room wouldn't be available until later. Also, had difficulty opening the door with the electronic code provided.
Also, the shower head didn't have a holder. Towels could be white and off better quality.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay and didn't have problems afterward.

Location.
Everything. This place is simply appalling and should not, should not, be on the booking.com portfolio. Do not even think about staying here.

I did not get the message on booking.com how to enter the property and where to find the keys, but with a phone call with the owner we sorted this out. Thank you for it and also for the water. The property is really not far from metro station and bus / tram stop. My room had a small balcony looking to the street, which was nice.
