Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. TV

Super Lage direkt am Meer und perfekt zum Schnorcheln und entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Villa ist leider nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Türen schließen nicht richtig, das Bett hat gewackelt und die Treppe zum Obergeschoss war schon defekt und wackelig. Alles kein Drama aber es müsste definitiv mal renoviert werden. Der Pool ist schön aber wie schon mehrfach erwähnt an machen Stellen scharfkantig. Auch kein Weltuntergang aber eben Punktabzug.

Absolute heaven, I could’ve stayed a month.

Absolutely gorgeous. It’s not 5 star, it’s rustic but for the price you can’t go wrong. Bed was HUGE. Pool is warm. Few steps and you’re on the beach and snorkelling. Staff were lovely.

Restaurant/breakfast service was a little slow. But we just swam while we waiting so no real biggie.

Exceptional

Amazing location with a pool, terrace and cafe right on the beach. Even the 'garden view' villa we stayed in was 10m from the pool and 20m from the beach. The staff were out of this world, always relaxed yet bending over backwards for us to make our stay comfortable - and always smiling. Even cooked customised meals for dinner on request. The food is not fancy but it hit the spot for a mix of local and European dishes. Perfect for kids, or if you just want a nice light meal for dinner by the pool because you went all out at lunch - we recommend the fisherman's basket (grilled seafood with Balinese sides) and the club sandwiches. The room was amazing; big bright and clean, perfect for a family. We were only 3, but you can sleep 4 in the villa comfortably. The reception can arrange snorkel and fishing trips for you and has snorkel equipment to hire. The photos on the booking.com site do not do this place justice.... It's way better!

Great value for money

We had a great time as a family of four in Amed. Beautiful location directly on the beach. Great snorkeling on walking distance. Location is very central. We rented motorbikes to get around. Would come again.

Had the room above the restaurant the first night. Toilet did not flush. Changed rooms from the second night onwards. Restaurant and breakfast can be improved upon.

Had a great time.

The location was great, good snorkeling out front ( head out to the diving bouy), saw a turtle, good fortune of seeing a small reef shark- harmless and beautiful. Great pool, excellent outlook from deck for sunrise and sunset. Good restaurant on site, plenty of choices near by. Friendly helpful staff.

right on the oceanfront. the bed was big and comfortable. good snorkel directly out front of villa.

cold water shower but it wasn’t too much of a problem as the weather is hot. linen had some stains as did the netting over the bed

was really loud sound - water flowing above the room the whole day and night. Could not be stopped. you can’t sleep like this. everything needs a renovation.

Fab beach front location and very restful.

Really nice beach front location. So peaceful. We stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer.

Bed is a little hard for those particularly sensitive (not as hard as some though!). Aircon a little small for the size of the room. Shower could be stronger. But really, the location and price wins over any of these minor concerns. We loved our stay (2nd time) and will be back again.

wonderful stay right on the ocean

simple villa, but it was sooo relaxing for us. straight on the ocean with the pool in front of villa. very nice and comfortable terrace. the food in the restaurant very fairly priced and tasty. there are only few villa, so it seems that we are almost alone

sea view villa didnt had hot water :D but still I liked that villa a lot. since it was hot, wasnt such big of a deal.

Superb

The villas location was great ! The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful. The restaurant had great food. Delicious and great price. The pool/Oceanview was excellent.

The shower water pressure was very weak and no hot water but this seems to be the case in all hotels in the area.

Good

The food there is amazing, the chef did an excellent job. We had the fisherman basket, grilled fish with Balinese sauce, spaghetti Bolognese for the kids. The villas are very traditional with outdoor shower and toilet. Location in front of beach. Close to port.

Unfortunately there were lots of mosquitoes

Right on the Beach

Great location right on the beach. Nice and rustic villa with Great view of the ocean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with different things to chose from

Very good

location and garden’s absolutely beautiful. verandah on beach front villas perfect. Sofa bed means mattress on floor.

Things are getting tired. Sharp tiles on pool, doors not doing the best. Linen has stains. Still wish we’d had another day there. People in Amed are honest good people.

Wonderful villa with ocean view, beach directly in front of the hotel, thus you look at the ocean while having breakfast. Very friendly staff, room was cleaned well every day, breakfast was good. Renting scooters and borrowing snorkeling equipment was easy.

The pool has many broken tiles with sharp edges. One of our sons hurt himself there and my husband cut three toes so bad that it bleeded a while. We used swimshoes in the pool afterwards.
