Ultra kind receptionist! After some payment problems (wich I would never mind) he offered free dinner. Very nice gesture. Overal the hotel is a good place to stay when you're in Bormio.

Excellent breakfast. Quiet place. Comfortable room.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Great Breakfast. Available parking a long the street.
The room and bathroom are a bit small.

Beautiful boutique hotel and family establishment. Great location with a fantastic view of the mountains and the town that you can see from your room balcony. Beautifully and authentically designed rooms. Super clean rooms and great staff. We love it and will come back. Great value for money as well
4.5
A very well run hotel with very friendly staff. I will gladly come again.
The room was big enough for me alone, even with a balcony.
The breakfast rich and delicious.
4.5
The friendliness of the staff and the easiness to leave our bikes in the garage. Also, the very nice breakfast!

Hotel, room and facilities
staff not the best, however, given the current political-economic circumstances. Well done to remain open!

The restaurant does not offer a la carte meals. It only offers pre-booked dinners (Halbpension).

Great place for the bikers who plan to go the the Stelvio. The hotel can even propose to store your bike for the night in a locked garage, thanks a lot for that. Place is great, room is nice, wide choices for the breakfast.

A wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Bormio.. Everything pristine and the operation was cared for by the whole hotel team
I had had a tough day, arriving a little later than planned but I was warmly welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble. I will try to stay here again
Nothing, I liked everything about the hotel- It was my favourite hotel on my week long trip, staying in a different hotel as i travelled across Italy. The previous nights hotel wasn't nearly as welcoming as hotel Adele..

Understanding the needs of the client without misunderstanding

Excellent cyclist-friendly hotel -- I was in Bormio for some Stelvio/Gavia climbing. A very friendly owner who was always willing to help, to bring a cup of coffee or some water, to offer various chargers. The best part was the room on 4th floor with all the necessary stuff, a comfortable and supportive double bed which restored quite well after a day of cycling, and an amazing view over Bormio from a spacious balcony. Indeed, you can spend a whole day at the balcony, looking at the city and the mountains, enjoying the sunset or the night sky (Photo enclosed). Finally, the location is super, just off the road to Stelvio and Forcola, in a quiet street away from the hassle of the center -- and yet the center is easily accesible by foot (7-8 minutes). And all of that for a competitive price ( 120 EUR for a double room in the high season) -- so it's a well-deserved 10
Breakfast could be more diverse. Becuase of covid, there was no buffet, so you have to line up for the food served from behind glass. Also we could not check out their lunches or dinners since they have to be ordered a day in advance. But these are minor problems

Three things in particular stand out: the friendliness of the staff (by far the friendliest I have ever encountered in my years of traveling); value for money (probably the best in all of Bormio); and location (secluded enough to enjoy a quiet spot with a nice view from the lobby, but not too secluded such that it's close enough to the city center in case you want to enjoy a nice stroll in the old town)

The location is beautiful, the building itself is stunning. The hotel has been a family run business since 1957 but has been going much longer than that.
You are not regarded as a customer or guest here you are treated as a visiting friend of the family.
The host/owner seems to speak every European language and is happy to converse with you.
Dinner is at 7.30 pm and appears to be manic but goes without a hitch, and the food qualifies as Italian fine dining at its very best.
I look forward to returning at my earliest possible convenience.
Absolutely nothing

good staff.
we saw strands of hair on the flooring of our room toilet. Not a very comfortable bed. the interior design is like a geriatric residence.

Very supporting staff, delicious food, comfortable and very clean rooms, perfect place for bikers as you can do everything with your bike at their garage. Very close to the city center and all well known cycling routes. Parking included.

Incredibly friendly and helpful, everyone made the stay very enjoyable. Great facilities, including a garage to store bikes with pumps. Dinner was plentiful and the menu changed daily so a good variety. Room was comfortable and clean with some views of the surrounding mountain peaks. Also excellent procedure for COVID cleanliness and minimising exposure risk.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. It really felt like home!
