enttäuschend

Die Lage der Unterkunft war echt toll.

Das Frühstück war absolut enttäuschend.. Die Sauberkeit - auch schwierig (vor allem die Handtücher).. ständig knallende Türen.

Für den Ballermann Trip ausreichend

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Zum Schlafen und Duschen war es ok.

Leider haben die Putzfrauen ihren Dienst nicht wirklich gemacht. Schmutzige Bettwäsche, schmutzige Handtücher , überall Staub. Bei Reklamation hat man zwar neues bekommen, aber saubere Wäsche sollte vorhanden sein. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und im Hotel gegenüber wurde renoviert, bedeutet es war sehr laut durch den Baulärm.

Très bien pour une étape.

Proche de l aéroport. Arrivée tardive possible. Lits confortables et petit cadeau.

Aucune réponse aux sollicitations par message. En arrivant à minuit, nous obtenons une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et vu le manque d insonorisarion, nous entendions l accueil de chaque client et surtout la sonnette qui retentit à chaque arrivée.

It wasn't terrible, but I would rather pay some extra money for a stay somewhere else

Breakfast felt minimal, we felt there were some improvements during our stay, which was good, but lots of space to improve

We had some neighbouring guests that were banging doors from ~4am to almost 5:30am, it was very hard to sleep. We had some issues with check-in and room allocation, where we had to change rooms once, as our room wasn't available (??), although we were offered a spot in another hotel, but it was actually a downgrade, as it didn't offer breakfast, so we didn't accept it. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

I liked completely nothing about the hotel. My vacation was definitely spoiled. Just the sea was all great. And the beaches. But the location of the hotel is not too good as well. Except this everything was hirrible about the hotel

Disgusting hotel and hortible staff. That’s what I want to tell. You should know. And helpless people! Noone will help you. And manager even doesn't want to talk to you! Hortible. Poor hotel.. Too much rubbish everywhere. I am not talking about the food. Spoiled rotten apples.. And so on

Little but good.

The hotel was really clean and on a nice little street. The rooms were modern, with USB power outlet for mobile chargers. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower.

-The noise from the other guest! Drunk young people are never fun, BUT I have to say, the doors are were soundproofed, so by the time they were inside their rooms, you hardly heard them. Of course it's not the hotels fault, but just so other know, party goers stay at the hotel. -The breakfast was not very good. No hot food. It was a tad hostel breakfast like. And there's loads of places around that have breakfast.

Not good enough

The rooms were quite good and comfortable.

The cleaning service was not good enough. All the rooms had problems with the electronic keys. Furthermore, one of the couples had to ask for a change of the room and later had to ask for body towels and the receptionist said that they were out of them! The breakfast buffet was very simple.

I will recommend to stay if your like to go to sleep very late.

Lovely modern style of the room. New furniture and clean room after renovation. Great location and nice view.

No soundproofing. Very noise.

Disappointing

Really clean bathroom.

Went for breakfast there was no bread, cups, glasses or cutlery to eat anything. So don't know what food was like. Asked for cutlery but just ignored!!! Room was very small & Claustrophobic!!!

Hery good hotel, but need to pay more attension cleaning dishes

Modern hotel look. Quiet air conditioner. Frendly and adequate staff (with perfect english skills). Very clean room (looks like newly build hotel)

Got wrong room (booked single with balcony, got dowble without balcony), but did not complain because was too tired when arrived. They would probably change it if I mention. Restaurant disapointed: Food traces on knive and plates; lipstick marks on glass.

WIFI is pretty much unusable unless you pay for premium WIFI at 4 euro per day. Hotel is very loud at night.

A total disaster. Nothing good to report.

Disgusting, No vegan options and very un healthy. Not recommended

Nothing the Reception was rude and Started to argue because he gave us a key that didnt open the door to the hotel and got me to pay for the room then leave me standing outside the hotel with no way to get in. A total lack of professionalism.

Good value for money and great for a short stay.

Lovely staff and beautiful modern room. Good location to get to a very nice beach nearby.

The balconies were not really that separated. Breakfast could do with a bit more options, but it might be because of the coronavirus.

Change of address was not communicated, caused extra hassle. New hotel was decent.

Location of the new hotel was good. The room was big and decent.

When we arrived at the address of the hotel, the hotel was under construction / renovation. A note said, we need to go to another hotel about 1 km away. It was very early in the morning and was not at all convenient. The booking was done ages back and the hotel could have communicated that to me. I even sent a few communication to them via booking.com and also via email in the days before we arrived. But they did not respond. Very bad experience and unnecessary hassle that could have been easily avoided if only they had let us know that we need to go to a different address. The bathroom floor under the toilet was full of water. It seemed that water leaked from the shower.

Great for young people

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, stylish! Really lovely hotel, no 24 hour reception at the smart hut they are available next door at the Alea

It’s FULL of twenty year old Germans banging out europop! There wasn’t any bother or rowdy behaviour but listening to a cheesy pop song with the Tetris music as a sample at 9am was a bit much!
