We use this place whenever we visit town, very good standard for the price, always clean, friendly staff, good location.

Everything as perfect since the staff up until the place. Not my first time here and surrely not my last.
Nothing to say but the wi fi was not working very well...

Outside areas are really nice and cosy. Personal is really helpful and gave me a warm welcome. Wifi is weak a bit depending which room you stay. Rooms are big, beds comfortable. Breakfast really good.

overall comfortable room but the bed was saggy, I sank to the middle. I think they need to change the beds!
the poor lighting, the troubling plugs in the bedroom, overall maintenance of the property is needed I think.

Ella and her team are amazing! The guesthouse offers the privacy you need when you travel for business or pleasure. Ample parking space, too!

The location, the staff, the hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
,The owner of the place wasn't friendly at all. He saw me and asked who I am. I told him my name and next he asked from where then I said Ongwediva. Clearly this did not go well with him so he says I have a dog and later says he is the owner of the place. I then said I am booked here, that's when he starts saying I should have said so from the beginning. The owner could have approached me with a better tone and introduced himself. Clearly, he had sized me and made a conclusion that I am not worthy to be at his property. No harm done, in the future to get a good response, introduce yourself and be friendly to all regardless of your personal opinion.

Extremely friendly hosts. Also had a lovely breakfast and stunning views. Very spacious, well equipped room. Would definitely stay there again!
Nothing comes to mind.

The grounds were beautifully kept and the host was extremely accommodating, He even went as far to book us rides and give us recommendations on some of the most wonderful restaurants in town. I highly recommend this property and any property that this host owns. I will definitely be back

Staff was perfect, room was perfect.
Very convenient bar, take any drink yourself 24/7, pay later during the check-out.
Internet work not very good, couldn't connect

Friendly staff and very good breakfast, but that is unfortunately where it ended.. the rooms were sub-standard and FAR from what was showed on website. Our room was tacky and without a safe or small fridge etc etc - which were all showed on website. So we were moved to another room , only to find the safe ánd bar fridge were both out of order. No bathroom mats - only towel on floor. Towels were old too. Was a disappointing stay for us...
