Was great staff friendly lady in the office was a sweet woman who had real milk for coffee because

I liked the ensuite bathrooms the bed was comfortable and warm I like to have the TV good swivel around so you can lay in bed and watch it and I also like how close it was to everything

Nothing. If i have to say something. The weather was too cold for a swim. But hey. You had no control over that

Large room. Comfortable bed

The price. Round the edges of the rooms There was build up of grime especially bathroom. Large iron burn on carpet. Overall grimey. Outside area was extremely untidy bathroom had cracked tiles and rotten timber area.

Staff member on shift was extremely helpful, in regular communication and stayed open until I arrived at 9:30pm. Room was clean and great location.

you have a very large possum that ran like an elephant across the roof over our room.

in the villa the beds were very spacious and comfortable.

the floors didn’t seem to be mopped properly… still had soap on them.

Questioning wheatear to stop at Bundaberg?

Walked in to a cool room with nice AC. Clean beds and bathroom. Was a quiet place.

Upon arrival the staff guessed our names. I was told that our names were Karen and Vivian and that our room had already been payed for. At this point we were panicking thinking someone was in our room and that we wouldn't have anywhere to sleep for the night. When I told her our names she said we'd already checked in. She then went and knocked on the door of the room we were supposedly checked in to, a man answered and didn't seem to speak a word or English (not quite sure how he claimed to be me). In the morning we asked to leave our bags because we had a late bus. Later on we were told that the manager was angry because we left our bags for to long. So we decided to leave and were denied the basic human right to use the toilet. So we had to find a public toilet. (Moral of the story, Bundaberg is not the place to be) BTW no transport on Sundays and 10mins by cab cost 50 dollars.

It was somewhere to stay.

Beds ok.

No sink in kitchenette so had to wash up in bathroom which wasn't appropriate. Security on windows was insufficient.

I won't be staying there again

Absolutely Nothing,

Owners smoked outside my room, very very dusty, I actually had to sleep in a mask, very very dated, if I hadn't been working and got back after 7 pm, I would have moved
