Asked for breakfast but they don't provide breakfast on a public holiday.

The location was about the only good thing about this hotel.
EVERYTHING! Room looked nothing like advertised photos, was very old & felt dirty. We wore shoes into the show as it looked awful & had paint flaking off the tiles.
Fire alarm in our room & the 2 rooms next to us all went off at 7am.
Will definitely not stay here again & we were extremely disappointed as the photos looked so nice online.

Location to the hospital
Carpet was all torn, no shower doors, no cleaner in 3 days, no fresh towels. Staff unpleasant. WiFi password was incorrect even when they put it in, but didn't care.

I didn't get any, nor was it offered
The whole experience was dreadful for me. I wasn't expecting an upstairs room. I am handicapped by strokes and the stairs were scary.

Smart TV
For the price, we expected a nicer room and updated amenities.
Overdated and overpriced.
Reception staff were a little abrupt the next morning and weren’t very friendly.

was easy to find and close to everything
being where it is it’s very noisy, we were on a end room and all the smokers outside talked most of the night the rooms aren’t very sound proof. our shower just had a curtain and the wall between the shower and toilet has a gap so yeh anyone taking a no.2 you can guess the rest. The basin was in an awkward spot and I walked into it at night.

Not much
Rooms were dirty. Only 2 power points, both neither on the bed side of thr room. 1 had the kettle and microwave the other had the TV and the only spare point. Not really useful in today’s modern society with people/family travels with multiple devices and laptop. Would hate to rely on a CPAP machine to sleep.
House keeping during stay might as well be none existent. They only came in and pulled the sheets up. We had used some cups for tea and coffee and they didn’t wash these. I would have been happy if they had not come into the room at all.
Advertied as having breakfast. On check in was told the cook was on holidays. It was Easter Long weekend and understand that people what time away. But if you choose to work in the hospitality and tourism sector then you know the holidays are the busiest time of the year and delay your own holiday.
The room itself didn’t look anything like the photos. The room we were in looked like it hadn’t been renovated since it was built. Still had the case for the single peice of toilet paper dispenser. Shower had no door, only thing seperating it from the room was a shower curtain. No place for clothes or towel without getting wet.
The TV reception kept coming in and out, in the end we didn’t bother.
There mustn’t be any sound proofing between rooms as we heard the room next door and they would bang on the wall between our rooms.
