Meget tilfreds, kan godt finde på at komme igen.

Beliggenheden var i top, et smukt sted.

Det var meget varmt i værelset, der kunne ikke luftes meget ud. Nu var det en varm sommerdag.

Bien, mais cher pour le niveau de service

La localisation, près du port, du musée Viking, pas très loin à pied du centre de Roskilde

Le prix très élevé pour le niveau de prestation (lits à faire et à défaire soi-même, petit déjeuner en supplément, petites chambres avec lits à étage, pas de frigo ou de kitchenette). Je suis d'accord pour ne pas avoir de meilleures prestations, mais à un prix moins élevé.

Good location and a nice place to stay.

The location was very good. The parking was close and the staff very helpful. The room was a nice size. The bathroom was a nice size.

Great location

We really appreciate helpful staff, good breakfast and beautiful location as well as later check-out and the hairdryer thru borrowed us.

The bed linen and the towels should be included in the price. It’s a bit ridiculous to charge for it.

They have a great location

The room was so gross, there were stains on the mattresses, molt in the shower and really awfull pillows and blankets.

Nothing we come to hotel after flight, and want to get sleep we dont have sheets and bed ready so we must find the closet where was the sheet and pillow it smells like junkie on a train station

Superb

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Very close to the Viking Ship museum. Interesting location near water, good breakfast.

Very nice stay.

The staff was wonderful. The receptionist took one look at my VERY tall husband and gave us a room with longer beds. The room was nice and very accommodating for two people. This was our first hostel visit and it was nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and nothing hot. The location was prfect and close to town and museum.

The THIEF who took my sandwich in the middle of the night!! I do appreciate that "they" at least left my Pepsi and other sandwich.

Poor

Location to the Viking museum was very good.

The bathroom & toilet was not so clean. The mattress & pillows smelled bad. The floor in the room was not vacuumed, it was still dirty with snacks.

Disappointing

Clean hotel nice staff

I had to pay a very expensive fee for the bed sheet and towels.

We were only supposed to spend the nights there and have breakfast. As for that, it was OK.

Fine location, but to much noise in the evening from the neighboring property and cars running until about 1 a night. the room was OK but there were too few electrical outlets. Unable to charge the laptop and use it at the same time. There was a lack of night lighting by the beds. No opportunity to lie in bed and read before going to sleep.

The shower in the bathroom was so leaky that it sprayed all over the bathroom. No soap in the soap dispensers

This was a scam.

Location

Pillows and duvet were dirty, full of stains and pubic hair, shampoo/soap were not prepared before the arrival, also the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was cloaked. the receptionist was dressing and behaving quite informally (not acceptable in a 5 star hostel). Horrible experience.

Conveniently located overlooking harbor

Location is great. The room wasn't huge, but we were quite comfortable. Great for families and pets. Breakfast was good. Free onsite parking was great.

Floors beside the beds appeared as if they had never been cleaned. The price of the hotel was great until you realize that you have to pay extra for sheets and towels (the equivalent of $90 for 4 people). We could have stayed in a much nicer hotel for the final price we ended up paying and we wouldn't have had to make up our own beds and clean the room before we left.
