Jeg var godt tilfreds og kommer igen

Der var mange ansatte til at modtage gæsterne på en travl dag. Derfor var der - trods travlhed - kun kort ventetid og overskud til at give en god modtagelse. Værelset var lyst og roligt. Vi fik orientering pr. mail forud for opholdet om, at restauranten var lukket pågældende dag.

Der er alt for tæt pakket til morgenmaden. Da der kun er firemandsborde (eller flere) er det svært at finde plads, selv om personalet er opmærksomme og hurtige til at rydde af efter folk, der er færdige.

Godt sted men en morgenbuffet der lukker for tidligt

God morgenmad, dejlig gårdhave, flot udsigt, fin morgenmad - rart og behageligt

Helt skørt at morgenmaden lukker kl 10. Alt for tidligt, både generelt set, men særligt under RoskildeFestival, hvor de fleste hotelgæster er festival deltagere og først kommer sent i seng. Det må meget gerne ændre sig!!!

Price was dear for what it was. Check in staff weren't unpleasant, but not friendly either, wasn't asked on checkout how my stay was. No security latch or peephole on the room door, could be an issue for some people.

Convenient, late check-in possible, spacious room.

Well-located and easy to reach, with a great view of the water. Tastefully decorated and spacious room. Breakfast was quite ok, though I have had better for this price. Easy to arrive late on route to the ferry.

The bathroom was fairly basic, and did not have any towel to put on the floor when you get out of the shower - a detail that could easily be fixed. The carpet on the corridor floor had quite a lot of stains, it could do with a thorough clean. Overall nice hotel, but with a price per night over 200 euros it is not cheap.

Nice place to stay.

Very clean well organized hotel. Set up on a hill with a view. Great breakfast.

The place was too big. They had twin mattresses pushed together. There were not enough attendants at check in.

Good hotel for a short business stay

The restaurant, bar and other communal areas are very nice - great for socialising. The breakfast was good.

The room itself was very small and felt more like a hostel than a hotel. A bit basic.

the Location is near the sea.

the costs-Use Ratio is bad. very high Price, 250€ for a very Small room, no drink water in the room, bad service, no room available before 3 pm, no fish at breakfast, no Espresso, no Cappuccino

A hot cooked breakfast would have been good. But no cooked breakfast available.

Provided hot cooked breakfast and a safe in the room. there was no cupboard space and nowhere to hang clothes.

Short stop during road trip

Modern large room with nice view on the park. Hotel is located on a hill providing a good view of the sea, also nice terrace for hotel bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good. There was a big parking at the hotel.

Restaurant was already fully booked at our arrival and hotel is located quite far from the city center (3kms). We found 3 spiders in our room. Juice was not refilled at breakfast, and there were not enough tables to sit outside.

Superb

The view is amazing and the hotel is quite new. There is a nice gym and the breakfast is just perfect with many options. The bedroom was good and cozy. The toilet is ok, has everything you need.

The hotel is not near the center and if you need to take the bus, like I did, you may have to wait for long periods of time. It does not have buses all the time, so you need to organize yourself. The check out is too early, 10am.

Great value and hospitality

Very warm and welcoming from the start. The staff were helpful and super friendly, the room was comfortable and the hotel had some beautiful views in the common areas. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was good value for money, we found it amazing.

Slightly of the public transport route when traveling with heavier luggage, but definitely worth the 10min walk.

Traveled for a sewing course. Very comfortable hotel, I'm guessing standard Danish breakfast, which was also good. I did not know, and was not notified that the hotel restaurant would be closed for an event on 21 May (and Sunday, 22 May). But the receptionist was excellent, trying to find us a place, but everything was fully booked. So, I asked, since there were 8 events going on, and the kitchen responded by preparing dinner plates for my friend and I. We were so thankful - tired and hungry after our class, with nowhere to go to eat!

Disappointing

We were charged 250 DKR/day for our pet. Motivation: extra costs to clean the room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived (hair of previous pet). We stayed two days. The cleaning on the first day was "normal". Ik took no more time than normally. If a person/family would stay for say 5 days they would be charged DKR 1250! Our conclusion: we were charged for a service that was not really provided. In other hotels we payed 6 euro or 100/150 DKR. Our last hotel during the journey in Germany (3 nights), the same class as yours charged zero euro for the pet.

My experience was not 4 stars in my view! No excuse for raw sewage smells filling the room for 3days

Breakfast was fabulous, except the coffee. The view gorgeous and the Hotel beautifully designed.

The shower drain filled the room with an overpowering stench for 3 days. Reception claimed to have sent a technician in on day two and apparently they 'intended to move us to a clean room', but unfortunately none of this was revealed before we raised the issue for the third time AT CHECKOUT. Not 4 stars in my view!
