Never again will we book a room in this hotel.

The free carpark.

No kitchen to serve breakfast or anything. Had to change rooms due to smell (smoking, vaping) coming from neighbouring rooms although the rooms were marked non-smoking. When we complained the staff was telling us (four of us) that he couldn’t smell anything! We couldn’t sleep properly for two nights due to the smell. Main hall seemed like an abandoned area with poor lighting and furniture everywhere. The air conditioning in the room was noisy.

very disappointed

location to our need afternoon staff , gentleman that i cant remeber his name was helpful and kind.

advertised restraunt and room service but not available. it is even nited in i ofrmation book in room. ensuite not clean, toilet paper was hard as it must have been in water air conditioner would not work on full on a weekend that was extremely hot. we left our pillows at the motel and called to ask if they could post them back to use and we would pay for postage. the lady said no you collect to expenisve.. noted to her again that i would pay but she refused to post back. so i had to organised someone to come and collect and post for me.

Location. Good size rooms and excellent linen

The restaurant and bar are not operating. A drink would have been nice…. Staff happy for our group to sit at tables with takeaway food.

Will definitely return and recommend it to my friends.

The large room exceeded my expectations. Modern , super clean , comfortable. Loved the bench space. Plenty of room to move and place my items.

One more milk portion would have been good, as I drink lots of tea and coffee. The window was open, but I didn’t discover that until the next morning. I wondered why I had asthma, as normally cold air triggers it. Now I know!

Despite the common function/restaurant area's disuse, the room I stayed in was modern and recently refurbished.

An unusual venue where the rooms open into a large function/restaurant area which was not in use. Lighting in this area was poor on arrival in the early afternoon and at night.

Fantastic Service and Rooms

Very nice, very spacious rooms, The hotel room has great amenities. Everything is exceptionally clean. I really enjoy staying here. The receptionists are great as well, fantastic customer service.

Overall, a good experience & would stay again.

Spacious room & Excellent bathroom.

No lift to 2nd floor. Had to take stairs from undercover car park. Not the best way to start your stay.

It was clean and comfortable and our room was ready early.

There is no food or coffee shop nearby. The hotel restaurant is not in operation.

Motel with Modern well appointed rooms close to Mitcham Hospital

Modern room with very comfortable bed, plenty of space including a couch, desk and small table and chairs for eating breakfast. Excellent location and easy to find just off Eastlink. Friendly staff including room service. Great Mexican restaurant just down the street.

Rooms located with restaurant in the middle which seems odd. Restaurant was not operating so no problem with noise. Breakfast was pretty average.

Pleasant and it was Convenient location.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no breakfast service available , as their restaurant had been closed since 2020. If you had no transport, it was difficult to find food, only food in the room was tea, coffee and 4 biscuits. Might need to stay in the hotel at Eastland next time.

Ok but lacking any reason to return here.

It was clean and comfortable enough. Nothing to rave about

Lighting in room was poor only overhead lights no reading lamps. No microwave or facilities to heat or eat any takeaway food. Restaurant closed although we were aware of this before arrival. No standard Queen rooms on ground level only superior Queen. No wine glasses in room. Only 1 face washer. On a main road although traffic noise was not too bad.
