Colazione "mediterranea" scarsa, "internazionale" ok
Pulizia box doccia : NON è appunto negativo in quanto è situazione comune di quasi tutti gli alloggi anche di categoria superiore.

comfortable room, great linens, pillows, it is quite inside. big free parking. nice breakfast. quite good restaurant inside.
dinner starts at 19-30 which is for me quite late. I would prefer to start at least at 19-00.

winter season.
wide room & bathroom, big free parking area, good breakfast (the cheese, particullarly), the heat ski room, near the most important ski areas (Matterhorn/Zermatt 25', Dufourspitze 40', pila 25'. All by car).
during the night, into the room, there was a persinten smell of wood burned. Nothing during the morning and also the afternoon, the fridge out of service.

Pleasant hotel, nice restaurant with outside seating. Easy to find with a huge car park.
Our room looked out onto a main road, so a bit noisy with windows open, but not a problem during the night. Could do with a fan (the weather was hot).

Gorgeous garden. Room a bit noisy from traffic and no aircon. Or working phone in room. Absolutely charming staff. Convenient location.
Alas, dinner was not good. Difficult to get a bad meal in Italy, but this was really poor. Sauce for pasta Norma not properly integrated. Carpaccio of turkey essentially thin slices of cooked fowl from the supermarket with shop mayonnaise slurped onto it. Would encourage improvement as otherwise would definitely return.

Comfortable bed. Large room. The owner is a very nice lady.
Rather noisy.

I liked the courtesy of the staff, the parking lot available to the customers, the room was very comfortable and the restaurant very good (I had a pizza with typical local cheese). Breakfast is also very good, with home made cakes, home made marmelades, fruits, yougurt, croissant and other options (hams, cheese, bread…).
The staff is very nice and smart, they made everything they could to accomodate me in the best possible way. Very recommended

The hotel itself is a bit worn down, although not but much - some lights are flickering, shower head is a little clogged, elevator is old, that sort of stuff. But nothing is really broken or on disrepair - bed sheets were clean and fresh, toiletries provided. The food at the restaurant is amazing, even if service is a little inattentive. Large free parking lot.
Breakfast was very basic - yoghurt, muesli, pie and fruits. Some packages pastries as well, but those looked quite unappealing. Coffee was good though.

Good hotel where we stayed only for one night on our drive back home. We arrived around 9 pm and were still able to eat in the restaurant, which has a large pizza oven. Everyone was friendly, and we were send off in the morning with free bottles of water for on the road.
all was good for our purposes

Nice hotel in the middle of Aosta Valley with a very friendly staff even if we were in pandemic time with all applicable restrictions in place. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious pizza to eat on site or to go. We also very appreciated the breakfast in the morningl. Excellent hotel for families or for a lovely night surrounded by the Alps. Huge parking in front of the hotel. Very quiet hotel.

The staff were incredible! I arrived late and tired after full day of riding my motorbike and was greeted with smiles. They even left the kitchen running so that I was able to order a pizza and a beer. Both were local and great as was the breakfast. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Good location for a stopover hotel. Large car park
Toilet in our room had a broken seat. Shower was so clogged with scale that the water came out the side of the shower head. We also had booked a table for dinner (with written confirmation) but when we went to dinner we were told the restaurant was full. I showed the confirmation and they just shrugged and said reception never told them. We were told we could eat in the bar but from there the service was awful (one meal brought out cold and then no sign of the other for 15 minutes. Then when we said one meal was cold the answer was ‘you shouldn’t have waited for the other’). When checking out I complained about all this stuff and was told they had also lost 3 other reservations- not a word of apology.

The bedrooms were roomy and the bed big and comfortable. Ample parking facilities. Very convenient for overnight stop if travelling either to or from the Mont Blanc Tunnel. Dogs welcome and also allowed in the restaurant. The restaurant served pizzas and had quite an extensive menu.
We were more than satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
