I liked the location and the fact that there were supermarkets nearby. The kitchen and especially washing machine are great additions.
There was no detergent for the washing machine, no hair dryer (provided though when I made a request) and no slippers.
As I needed to check out a day earlier the hotel also refused to refund me a night’s stay or even grant a credit towards another stay next year as I will be back in Dubai.

Me and my mum enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly particular Robert who was extremely helpful and always smiling. The location of the hotel is great literally 1 min away from the metro station.

Hotel położony przy samej stacji metra ( wiec jeśli zamierzasz poruszać się metrem to położenie jest idealne). Spory apartament, codziennie sprzątany. Śniadania ( z karty- 5 pozycji do wyboru+ owoce lub sałatka + kawa+ sok), smaczne.Personel miły i pomocny. Dostęp do klubu Saluna Beach z transportem.
Wanna mogłaby być szersza. Ograniczona ilość miejsc do klubu.

Posizione ottima proprio all’ingresso della stazione della metro linea rossa che collega quella degli autobus provenienti dall’aeroporto di Abu Dabi. Ci hanno dato la camera prima delle 14 e con un upgrade gratuito ci hanno messo a disposizione un appartamento grande e fornitissimo di tutto. Letto molto comodo e ottima pulizia. Non abbiamo usufruito dei pasti quindi non posso dare un giudizio. Piscina con vista favolosa al tramonto. Uscendo sul retro dell’albergo ci sono dei negozi alimentari con buoni prezzi. La zona è vicina e comoda per visitare Dubai Marina e Palm Jumeira e con un tragitto un po’ più lungo si visitano comodamente tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Se dovessi tornare a Dubai sicuramente alloggerei di nuovo qui.
L’unico lato negativo è la doccia perché non è chiusa, ha solo una tenda che non arriva per terra e si allaga tutto. Il motivo forse sta nel fatto che l’appartamento aveva gli adattamenti per disabili, magari nelle altre camere non è così

La posizione è davvero ottima, intorno ci sono dei supermercati, qualche ristorante e soprattuto è attaccata alla metropolitana cosa importantissima, è in un punto strategico perché si è vicinissimi a Dubai Maria ma anche al Business Bay.
Il personale è eccezionale, tutte le persone che lavorano per questa struttura sono davvero professionali, gentili, super efficienti.
Consiglio questa struttura perché avendo anche la cucina a disposizione è molto comoda non si ha l obbligo di mangiare fuori ogni giorno.
Spero di tornare presto a Dubai e sicuramente verrò qua.

1. I feel dizzy whenever I get into the room. Feel horrible after overnight sleep. Something not right with the air cond / ventilation.
2. The room given was different from the picture. It's a corner room with an awkward layout. I requested for change, and found that they run out of equivalent room. They charged me extra for the change.
3. Swimming pool was not available, under maintenance. The staff wasn't apologetic about it, stated that it's mentioned in booking.com (which I couldn't find).

Good location, spacious room
Regular rooms do NOT have a washing machine as it mentioned in the booking description. Staff didn’t offer me any alternatives. Room and its furniture is lacking freshness and bathroom have seen better days for sure.

Дуже гарно розташований готель. Поруч зі станцією метро. Поблизу магазини, в тч Carrefour. Дуже привітний персонал: безкоштовно зробили підвищення рівня апартаментів. Чисто, затишно. Чудова пропозиція трансферу та користування "Soluna Beach Club in Palm". Дуже дякуємо всім співробітникам готелю, зокрема: Foday, Madara, Ibrahim.
Хотілось би трохи більше столового посуду, ніж тільки на 2 особи. Якщо завітають гості - доводиться вигадувати, як всім попити кави))

Отель расположен очень удобно - фактически у выхода из станции метро Dubai Internet City. Персонал на ресепшн - всегда очень приветливые и отзывчивые, готовые помочь в решении любого вопроса. В бронировании указывала несколько пожеланий к номеру, при заселении постарались максимально учесть все. Также есть комната для багажа, мне очень удобно было оставить до заселения и пойти гулять.
Сам номер просторный, кровать и подушки комфортные, в гостиной приятно перекусить или выпить чай, на кухне есть необходимая посуда. Отдельно хочу отметить полноценную гардеробную комнату: мне для короткой поездки не пригодилась, но при длительном проживании очень удобно.
На крыше есть небольшой бассейн, я им не пользовалась.
Завтраки в кафе на 1 этаже. Порции не очень большие, заказ по меню. Поскольку в номере есть кухня, то вполне можно не добавлять завтрак к стоимости номера. Поблизости есть несколько супермаркетов.
Пляжный клуб Soluna на Пальме - вполне приятное место, есть бассейн и огороженная зона в море для купания, прокат разных штук для катания по воде. Из клуба можно выйти на набережную Пальмы.
Я не сразу нашла фен - он спрятан в ящике в спальне, но не могу назвать это существенным недостатком :)
На завтрак не рекомендую брать фруктовый салат - это заготовка из холодильника, фрукты невкусные. И почему-то только после долгого убеждения дали бумажную упаковку, чтобы забрать с собой круассан.
Трансфер на пляж задержался на 50 минут, а зона ожидания у ресепшен очень маленькая.

Very, very close to the metro station so you can easily reach the main tourist attractions. A lot of restaurants and markets near. Friendly staff, they gave us an upgrade for the room. I would come back mainly thanks to the location.
The furniture is a little bit worn out, but the bedroom was ok. Also the bathroom needs some improvements. Overall it is ok.

Am avut posibilitatea sa facem check-in la o ora tarzie si domnul de la receptie ne-a oferit un upgrade la camera gratuit si in loc de studio, am avut apartament.
Apartamentul a fost spatios cu doua camere, bucatarie si baie. Conditiile au fost foarte bune, curatenia se facea zilnic si aveai toate facilitatile necesare pentru un concediu. Nu am intampinat nicio problema in perioada cazarii noastre dimpotriva de ziua mea de nastere mi-au facut o surpriza placuta si au amenajat dormitorul cu baloane si petale de trandafir impreuna cu o felicitare si cateva bomboane. Locatia este una buna pentru ca ai acces la metrou la o distanta de 3 minute. Nu este aproape de centru insa cu metroul faceai aprox 20 min.
100% recomand si vom reveni cu drag.

Замечательное месторасположение- рядом метро Dubai Internet City и есть остановка такси. Персонал очень дружелюбен и всегда готов помочь в любой просьбе. Отдельное спасибо Надиму за душевный приём,помощь в заказе трансфера в аэропорт! Хороший просторный номер с панорамным окном,что нам очень понравилось,есть кухня и всё необходимое,если кто захочет себе что-то приготовить. Всегда есть и чистое кухонное полотенце.Также была мочалка и жидкость для мытья посуды.Убирали каждый день, а также меняли полотенца тоже каждый день. Рядом есть несколько суперов и много разных ресторанов. Если ещё доведётся быть в Дубае,то обязательно остановимся в этой гостинице.
Удивил размер ванной комнаты- очень узко,но это моё субъективное мнение. Завтраки не шведский стол,но голодным не останешься.

Świetne miejsce pod względem lokalizacji. Bardzo miła obsługa. Codziennie sprzątane. Super atutem jest kuchnia z całym wyposażeniem. Internet WiFi na minimalne potrzeby ok ale nie na transfer jakichkolwiek danych czy dzwonienia. Gorąco polecam i jak będę wracał do Dubaju to właśnie do tego hotelu.

Jó helyen van, nagyon közel a metró. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a kilátás fantasztikus. Utazásaim során nagyon rég találkoztam már ennyire közvetlen és kedves személyzettel. Külön kiemelném figyelmességüket: ott tartózkodásunk alatt szülinapom volt, és a személyzet egy kis kedvességgel is készült nekem a szobába, ami még jobban bearanyozta a napom. Egyszóval igazán szuper kis csapat dolgozik itt! :-)
A nappaliban található ülőalkalmatosságokra és a konyhai eszközökre, bútorokra ráférne egy alapos nagytakarítás.

I absolutely love my staycation with them. The location is very convenient, just a few steps away from the Internet City metro station. A lot of estaurants and convenience stores nearby as well.
All the staff are warm and friendly, helpful and polite. The room size is immaculately clean and large enough. Kitchen equipments are working perfectly fine. Wifi is fast. Great job to the whole team of this hotel!

Das Appartement Hotel hat eine tolle Lage!! Wirklich nur 5 min bis zur Metro Red Line!!
Das Personal sehr freundlich und es wurde jeden Tag gefragt ob eine Reinigung erwünscht ist!!! Kann den Aufenthalt hier nur loben, weil es unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat!!!
Einkaufen für den Beginn ist alles in der Nähe, aber überteuert!! Rate eher dazu zur mall of emirates zu fahren und dort im carrefour einzukaufen!!! Abeg das hat nichts mit dem Appartement zu tun

Camera a fost spatioasa curata si cu ajutorul lui Ramadan de la receptie am obtinut o camera cu vedere, la un etaj superior, asa cum am cerut. Micul dejun a fost gustos avand cateva variante. Hotelul se afla langa metrou ceea ce a constituit un mare avantaj si un motiv sa aleg aceasta locatie. Camera avea ferestre care se deschideau.
In ultima zi, cu ajutorul lui Ruben de la receptie, am putut beneficia de un check out tarziu.
Pe langa cei doi mentionati tin sa remarc si prestatia celorlalti: Dilan, Madara, Ramesh si Angeline
Ceea ce m-a deranjat putin, era zgomotul care se auzea noaptea de la soseaua principala dar cu o pereche de dopuri de urechi problema este rezolvata.
