Al Habtoor Hotel it’s such a lovely property, plenty of parking and valet also. With an equestrian vibe throughout the hotel there are exquisite horse sculptures and art.
We were greeted by Cherry on reception who assisted us with our check in, we were upgraded from a junior suit the an executive suit. Thank you.
Our suit was beautiful, incredibly spacious and the interior design had a very boutique vibe about it. We had a huge balcony overlooking the Polo field.
Rooms service was very efficient and fast!
Breakfast was average, nice but in comparison to other UAE hotels I feel there could be room for improvement on food quality. However the staff were all amazing and helpful.
There are only a few minor things that weren’t satisfactory, the bathtub faucet didn’t work only the shower head part, additionally the hot water wasn’t hot, it was only warm. The bathroom sink faucets leak and sprayed you when you wanted to wash your hands or brush your teeth! I did offer this information at checkout and there wasn’t even an apology just a blank expression, that aside the room was beautiful but due some minor upgrades here and there. Although the room was clean, the black tiles were unforgiving through the toilet and the master bathroom, so many water marks all over the tiles.

Bed comfort
Far rooms from elevator, insects in room, electricity auto shuts down, although I’m still in the room

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, largely thanks to the extremely helpful staff. Cherry, in particular, went above and beyond by offering us a late check-out and ensuring we had all the information we needed about the hotel. The suites were spacious and comfortable, with lovely terraces that made for a great place to relax. A major plus for me was that the hotel is dog-friendly, which made our stay even better. The Horse and Hound pub was another highlight. It had a great selection of food and drinks, and the staff there were excellent, making the overall experience enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our dinner experience at the Villa Naas restaurant was disappointing. While the food was good, the service felt chaotic due to an overwhelming number of staff, which made the atmosphere messy and disorganized. Additionally, the restaurant does not allow children on the open terrace, which is inconvenient for a family-friendly hotel. The most frustrating incident happened when a restaurant manager approached us while we were playing a simple matching card game with princess pictures with my 3-year-old daughter. He told us this was not allowed, which was ridiculous and clearly a misunderstanding, as it was just a children's game. This unprofessional behavior really soured the experience and Villa Naas is something I would avoid in an otherwise great establishment.

On top of them is Rosella from reception for upgrading my room for free and she is very humble, pro and active to assist the guest. She fully understand her job and willing to go extra for customers. An elegant and well staffed hotel, with great facilities. The staff are not only exceptionally well trained, but genuinely 'go that extra mile' to make one feel welcome. From the kindness of Opong at reception area, through to the professional and friendly service by Stuart at the Sports Bar, there was a great feeling of contentment and professional integrity. With a welcoming and spacious pool area with a swim up bar, and a small but serviceable gym, the facilities are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The Villa Naas Restaurant, offering fine Lebanese inspired cooking was in all honesty one of the finest meals I have experienced in my 45 years of travelling the world! Bravo to all.
There was nothing to fault this venue. I would certainly aim to stay here again.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff were friendly.
The breakfast was below average, lacked variety. The breads/pastries were stale. I wouldn’t have breakfast here again.
Rooms are quite small for the price you pay.
