الموقع جميل جدًا، والموظفون ودودون. نحب موظفة الاستقبال هلال كثيرًا. (التي ترتدي ملابس تايلاندية) كانت لطيفة للغاية مع أطفالنا واحترمت ثقافتنا. الموظفون الآخرون جميعهم جيدون، متوسطون

ينبغي ترقية الفندق ليصبح أكثر فخامة.

Wonders

Room is quiet and relax, good sound blocked and comfortable. Staffs are helpful with great service. It was a lovely stay.

พนักงานดีมากค่ะ 🥰 อัปเกรดห้องให้ด้วย เทียบกับราคาแล้วไม่แพงเลยค่ะกับสิ่งที่ได้ สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ สามารถให้เด็กๆเล่นที่ห้องเด็ก หรือสระน้ำได้ตอนที่แม่ทำงานหรือติดประชุม อาหารเช้าดีพอใช้ ห้องเด็กน่ารักมากค่ะ เด็กๆชอบกันมาก มีที่จอดรถเยอะ เช่ารถมาได้เลยค่ะ ใกล้หาดไว้จะมาพักอีกค่ะ

กิจกรรมให้เด็กๆเยอะ ห้องกว้างกว่าที่คิดไว้ มีทุกอย่างครบในห้อง น้องๆพนักงานดูแลดีมาก ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ลืมของเอาไว้ แต่แม่บ้านเอากลับมาคืนให้เร็วมาก ใส่ใจดีค่ะ

ธรรมชาติเยอะ ยุงก็เลยเยอะด้วยค่ะ แต่ไม่แย่

Wonderful

Room is bigger than expectation!! with private terrace. Clean and cozy. Overall is good to stay for relax holidays. Staffs are all great. Location is good for escapng from crowded I love this location even someone does not.

Resort is getting old but clean. Resorts floor plan is not good for staffs, that mean staff work so hard and patiently.

Resort feel like property - needs maintenance

I liked the feel of the resort. All the rooms around the pool which gave it that resort like feeling.

Location isn’t great. It’s off a main road and doesn’t feel like a Radisson I have stayed around the world. The unit I stayed in needs a lot of maintenance. Aircon was leaking, tv in the master bedroom was damaged, shower wasn’t working properly, the bidet shower had no power at all. For a 2 bedroom unit that accommodates 4, there were only 2 glasses to drink from. Not sure what happened but woke up in the middle of the night sweating to find out no power so aircon was off. No explanation as to why there was no power at 4am. Was given a free drinks voucher but no staff at the restaurant at 1pm. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby so waiting around for the room, you are bound to be bitten by mosquitoes. Breakfast was good though. Staff aren’t proactive at all. No eggs and the chef was no where to be found for 5 minutes.

Un hôtel à hauteur de ses 5etoiles. Bravo

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel pendant 11jours avec mon mari et mes 2 enfants dont 1bebe. Tous c’est très bien passé, nous avons eu un très bel accueil toujours avec le sourire du début jusqu’à la fin du séjour que sa soit avec le personnel de l’hôtel, les animateurs(trices) le personnel ménager. Le petit dej bien copieux. La piscine avec petit toboggan agréable. La propreté de l’hôtel et les chambres faites en tant et en heures. Les différents coin de jeux enfants top. L’accès à la plage de kamala pas dangereux il y a un passage piétons juste faire attention pour traverser . Juste pour vous dire ne vous fiez pas au commentaire foncez y et faites votre propre avis. Un séjour top les enfants se sont régalés. À bientôt le RADISSON

Probably the worst run hotel by an international hotel chain Ive ever experienced.

Size of the rooms are decent but not in working order.

Felt like the Radisson picked up the keys to this property 1 day before. No concierge at check in, broken toilet, non functioning phone. No sign of anyone managing the hotel. 1st time in my life I've turned up to a room from check in and the door was wide open. Totally understaffed. F&B was horrible. Buffet dinner set up but unstaffed. Tried to order Ala Carte, but half the menu NOT available. No pizzas, no Middle Eastern food, no chicken wings, no Indian food, and for the first time Ive ever heard.....no French fries. I'm sure if we tried to order other things, they have run out of them too. The waiter totally unfamiliar with the menu like we were ordering items from out of space. To finish everything off, to leave after check out we had to reverse the entire length of the car park to LEAVE the hotel after check out as the car park was blocked. Pure comedy if it wasn't so tragic. Tried to be constructive but there is just so much wrong.

Good place for a family with young children.

Friendly staff and great entertainment team. Children can play, do crafts and other activities with the entertainment team. Nice swimming pool. Decent food.

Rooms are a bit older but clean. The hotel is understaffed, specially pool bar area. Despite the workload, the staff always remained friendly.

Lovely comfortable family hotel, nice staff and our room was wonderful

We loved it here, on a quiet street with some restaurants and shops. Friendly people, it was very child friendly and they didn’t seem to shut the pool - people were in until late. Very nice hotel

Our shower was fine, but the shower cover was broken meaning our bathroom flooded every time we showered

Плюсы : Звукоизоляция в номере; Вкусный завтрак (но меню минимальное); Чистый бассейн; Близко к морю; Отличная уборка; Пару раз персонал отлично выручал; Семейный номер отличный для малышей; Вкусная еда в ресторане; Замечательная Ангелина на ресепшн.

Нехватка персонала в столовой (неприемлемое долгое ожидание подачи блюда); Система кондиционирования в номере не продумана; Плитка в детском бассейне подлежит замене; Напольное покрытие в бассейне не понравилось ( оставляет глубокие раны при падении);

Very Dissapointing Stay

The condition of the room was extremely bad. We stayed in their biggest room which is a 3 Bedroom Suite, and they desperately need an upgrade. Stinking toilet, AC leaking and almost non existent wifi in the room, really made us regret booking this hotel during our 6 day stay in Phuket!

Disappointing for a Radisson hotel

It's close to Cafe del Mar which was nice.

The room wasn't tidy, lots of dust and ants, it didn't feel like they were putting much effort towards cleaning. Breakfast was also pretty bad, mainly geared towards indian customers, lacking for all others.

Loved the pool. The room was comfortable and the staff was very courteous.

The lizards. In the entirety of my 2 week stay, I encountered lizards about 5 times in my room. But the staff was superb at helping me out and always came to get them out of the room.
