Nagyon kedves és vendégszerető személyzet. Tengerre nező szobát katunk kertre néző helyett. Ez nagyon kedves és nem várt gesztus volt.❤ Köszönjük mégegyszer Nektek!! Maradjatok ilyen csupaszív és vidám emberek! Medencék ,csodaszép zöld környezet. A mókusok és madarak az erkelyünk szomszédságában, egy vidám és pihentető légkör teremtett. Közelben boltok, éttermek, strandon és a városban streetfood; megvolt minden ami a nyugalmunkhoz kellett! Foglaljátok bátran!

Only good staff

1 no answering after 5 PM from any service such reception, front desk. 2- pillow, and carpet was not that much. No beach for swimming In general no activity or anything to do in side property.

I recently stayed at kamala beach estate resort , and unfortunately, my experience was soured by the behavior of the general manager (MADS DANESDE). Throughout my stay, the general manager was rude, dismissive, racist and unprofessional. When I had a problem at my villa , they seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by my request for assistance. Additionally, when I brought up some concerns about the AC of my Villa , the general manager was defensive and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were not valid. Overall, my experience was greatly impacted by the negative behavior of the general manager. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay. -Don't fall into the same trap I fell in because of the location and the view

I made a very good decision to stay in this hotel:)

Location is good - you have almost everything nearby - supermarket, beach front, restaurants, pharmacy.. Brought our own car so going there and around the different places was not difficult. Mobility was smooth for us. It has a strong wifi connection, Smart TV, nice big bathroom, complete utensils. We have everything:) The staff are very friendly, warm, accommodating. They did what I requested them one day before our check in - that is, to make sure that the aircon is well functioning (I read from the reviews that there are times AC would just break down..)

Nothing in particular. But I can say an area for improvement - kitchen cabinets, front door knobs may need some replacement, refurbishment or repainting. There are already visible signs of wear and tear. Otherwise, this hotel provided my family a very good homey experience.

Smug management, false advertising, go elsewhere

Exceptional resort setup, stunning pool, it could be amazing if the management and advertising matched it.

Room didn't match the description at all. It was a dark, gloomy, dated and mosquito infested room, worn down to the last, without any view whatsoever, even though it was advertised as "balcony with pool view". The pictures on booking.com do not match the room, even worse they're from other rooms of the resort in different categories. Payment was taken in full BEFORE we saw the room. Went straight back to reception, the manager told us it's a marketing exercise, I can't expect the picture to match reality, it's like "in a restaurant where the pictures in the menu never match the food" (his words). Arguing that in a restaurant usually you get something that matches 90% didn't help. He also argued that "terrace", "patio" and "balcony" are the the same thing (we booked a room with balcony but only got a ground level one with a patio) and we could pull out a dictionary if we didn't believe him. We did look up in a dictionary and he said to take it up with booking.com. I asked for a different room, he denied. I asked for a discount, he denied. I asked for a cancellation and refund, he denied as well. He did all of this unapologetically with a smugness that I haven't seen in a long while. Quite unbelievable. If you've read to the end here I can only recommend to ask for exact pictures of the room you booked and don't pay until you've seen it.

Exceptional

Breakfast is great. And the people are so nice. I Love the view too. Had a extremly great exxprience in Kamala Estate Resort.

I saw the garbage hide in down of the sink. And it it stinky.

no room service you cant get any food at the hotel such as brekfest or dinner the toilet in our room dosent work proprrtly. the rooms are very old value for money dosent feet at all ! you can get for the price better hotels for sure !!

A great stay for a quiet family centred holiday.

We liked the quiet location at the end of kamala but only really 10 mins from the town and restaurants, a little further for beach front restaurants. It was a very quiet location with beautiful tropical surroundings. A 7-11 is only a minutes walk away and a large supermarket 10 mins walk. The accommodation us clean and comfortable and we appreciated the space as a family with 2 boys.

If you are prepared for the fact that you are self catering or going out for all meals then I can't think of anything I would improve.

excellent location with a private beach area that is VERY quiet and relaxing

older property. broken AC and broken washer. to be fair, we didn’t bother with notifying staff about washer or failed attempt at AC repair because our stay was short and we were comfortable

Pleasant stay

Amazing view down the beach, quieter end of Kamala beach which is just what we need for a family with very young children. Good location with convenience stores,bars, restaurants and massage shops just few minutes by foot down the road. Staffs extremely helpful and friendly. Apartment is very spacious and airy.

Some fixtures and fittings require maintenance Would be useful to have access to fresh water to wash sand off our feet before getting into the apartment.

Excellent!!!!

It was the perfect place to spend a truly family time. The location was just beside the sea and waves were crashing down at the windows. We got a small private beach with our villa and kids enjoyed a lot. Also, a big pool at the middle of this property added a value in spending our time. Enjoyed the sunset from our balcony (almost you can say from the beach, :D). We wish we would be in here again as only 2 nights were not enough to have the full satisfaction.

A bit away from the restaurants; but you can also enjoy the sight during your walk to the restaurants through the sea beach.

an oasis in the city

it’s right on the sea with a private beach and you can watch and hear the waves crashing from the room. the furniture is traditional Thai style with some gorgeous solid wood pieces. they provide drinking water, which is really nice. also, there is a tv with many cartoon channels for kids and HBO. this place is an oasis in a busy city.

Very nice place to relax and enjoy for peace and quite, not a place for the party hardy crowd.

Excellent location for the view from the back porch/balcony was great, pool was fantastic. Staff was exceptional. The management was hard at work bringing things back on line and up in good repair after an exceptionally long and brutal COVID forced shut down. Thank You for making our stay one to remember for always.

It was a good stretch of the legs to go and sit on the sandy Kamala Beach. But once there, plenty of umbrellas, chairs, and lounges to sit under and enjoy.

Great for quiet self catering stay

Very spacious, nice quiet location (best to have a car or bike though). The kitchen was great and they have every utensil need to get cooking. We got it for a good price due to lack of tourists so it was good value for us.

The bed was a bit hard

The odour of the grey water, the resort itself is very clean and staff are on it, however the area around the hotel is very polluted and stinky.
