Spa room on the expensive side for what you got.

We paid a fair bit more for a spa room. No spa bubble bath stuff supplied and I was told we should have brought our own spa soap/bubble so very disappointing. The bathroom condition is run down with paint peeling off tiles in many places. Also no one was in the office at check out time and no instructions where to leave the key, so I had to run around and in the end left with the cleaner. Overall poor management of hotel and guest services.

Clean, Neat and Affordable

The air-con in our room wasn't working and it was winter. They offered us to go to another room, but because we were tired we stayed in the same room. They provided a blow heater.

Location was handy and reasonably quiet given it was on a main road

There was a turd in the toilet even though the seat had the paper seal They were asking if our dog would shed hair yet we were paying an extra $50 per night for the dog There was no wifi at all and they claimed it was Telstra outage although Telstra tracker showed no faults in the area

Superb

It was lovely after a long drive to be greeted with a smile and able to buy a really nice bottle of local wine to have with take in Indian food. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Well done guys!!!

Disappointing.

room and spa

check in two relieving people were filling in. They did not advise us that if we wanted our room done and clean towels we had to advise because it was a public holiday. When I requested new towels I was told to put the used ones on the ground near the door. I offered to put them in the Trolley that was 15 meters away, the towels were still there the next morning when we checked out. Safety hazard?

Dog smell was way too much!

Didn’t realise it was a “dog” hotel. Room absolutely stunk of wet dog. Ad mentioned nothing about dogs staying in rooms!

Not much

The fact that dogs are allowed in units, if I had of known this I would not have stayed there. Behind the bathroom door in our room door had scratch marks on it, I presume from dog/s, not very healthy, only imagine the mess left in bathroom. Very disappointed in Bookings.com for not letting me know dogs allowed in rooms. There were quite a lot of people staying there with dogs

I booked a room with a spa bath, because I was doing M2M rail trail in 2 days. Room is great, you should wait a bit to

Spa bath pump is not regulated. When I turned it on it started spitting water all way around, turned it off immediately. It was very noisy as well.
