Loved the quiet location, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely and very informative about where to go to dinner etc. The bonus was being able to park our car in their secure gated parking area.
The room was comfortable with a compact but full kitchen. Lovely spacious bathroom and loved that we could open our window to let in some fresh air. Will be returning.

Super clean, great staff and perfect for our quick stay. There was three of us travelling and the 3 bedroom villa had enough space and was a great place to relax.
4.5
The ground floor room.
The gentleman, with the strong European accent was not accommodating.
One. I asked him to print out a receipt for me, but I felt like I had to go through a whole on why my company wanted a printed out receipt. I had to even show him the app that I needed to take the photo to upload the receipt, and it was just all too difficult for him, and he wasn’t Accommodating at all .
I’ll go get it printed myself. he was quite abrupt and quite unaccommodating, and quite don’t know the word really is it wasn’t a welcome it was more of a very robotic approach to the way he operated.
I’ve stayed there on a number occasions my work travels and I’m not experienced this in the past. It’s not that I won’t stay again. All the money I pay. There are just as many options in the town subconsciously.
Explain to me also that there was no car park available. The car park was empty. This is fair enough but he didn’t even explain to me where I should park what that it matters because I really did know where to park anyway, but if he was generally concerned he would expect into details and explained the best place for me to park.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Wangaratta as I had never been. Quest is located a four minute walk from the train station and a two minute walk to the venue I needed to attend the following day. Great spot for an out of towner making a short visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Staff were friendly.
Nothing! This isn’t even a major thing, but the room had a waterfall shower which was lovely, but I would have loved a shower cap so I could avoid getting my hair wet.
5.0
cleanliness, professionalism of staff and building design.
a large white tail spider i killed in my room

The only downer on the stay was the suprise $20 per day parking rate after booking the accommodation, and the fact that the courier newspaper office shined their floodlights into our room every night. The accommodation was clean, perfect location and we would definitely recommend it. We will definitely stay here again.

Walking distance from the train station and a short stroll into town. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Ideal location stopping off midway between Sydney and Ballarat

Nice apartments, very clean and modern and spacious especially with a family.
The only issue we had was with the amenities - No one had double checked the shower amenities (body wash etc.) were full - we came back to the room quite late after attending a funeral and they were completely empty in both showers! Due to the late hour there was no one onsite to assist with providing more.
5.0
Convenient, close to city centre and ample car parking.
Nothing to dislike
4.5
Clean, organized, great staff that welcomed me as a repeat guest. Also my first time using the DIY laundry facilities during this stay — free, easy and everything provided.
The previous weekend I stayed in a cheap motel in Wangaratta and was reminded of why I normally stay at Quest when I visit.
Nothing of note

Great Central Location and very clean new rooms.
The lighting was very bright but the lamps throughout helped.
4.5
Clean and well serviced room, facilities were good, comfortable bed.
4.5
Room, cleanliness and closeness to facilities.
The idea of taking a bond out of my account was difficult considering the previous days accommodation also took a bond out and the one after quest will take a bond out of my account. Funds are not returned for 5 days.
In all other ways it was a perfect stay.

Upon check in I was given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. Upon check our I was charged for using the apartment. Very sly behaviour from the staff.

The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. ☺️
The cost, lack of parking, problems with key card, having to park out on street but accessibility to motel whilst carrying bags is very difficult, the reception staff, a bond being taken out of my account rather than just a record of credit card details being taken, and there not being a gate at back of hotel so that we could walk directly to supermarket located behind hotel. It was far from hassle free.

We didn't have breakfast and weren't advised that it was available.
The room was very small, but ok.
There was no off-street parking available.
Had parking been available, I have an issue with paying to park on the property.
Our room wasn't serviced on Sunday.
