so called room is a
cramped space in middle of narrow corridor, window to inner staircase. Corridor lighting and noise from other users keeps waking me up. No hot water early morning in either of two days.

The staff was pleasant and extremely efficient. We were pleased to be able to check in just before 2 pm. Our bedroom was big enough and very clean
There aren't many facilities in the hotel. No breakfast for example. Bedrooms are not well insulated and it can be quite noisy.
