Location was good.
The room we got was not what was in the pictures of the accommodation we booked. When asked about this we were told this is what we booked and couldn’t change. The rooms were very small. The furniture was in poor condition and dangerous for our child. The bed was creaky and the windows are single glazed so there was a lot of noise from the street.

Clean and tidy , good location and just what we wanted
Poor shower

Excellent location. Welcoming host. Charming building.
Disappointing apartment. Shabby and not too clean. Badly designed and poorly equipped kitchen. Air con didn't work. The bedroom was bright, but the kitchen and seating area was dark. We visited in winter, I would imagine it is better in summer.

beautiful place, with a lot of character! well kept, very clean and close to the center. The staff is very nice and helpful!
Ask about the history of the building-it is fascinating!
Not structured for physically handicapped people.

Beautiful building with the amazing courtyard and roof terrace.
Some more cutlery and bowls would have been helpful.

Architecture full of character, beautiful courtyard with an abundance of plants, atmospheric roof top terrace, perfect for several families to stay together in separate apartments

The unique courtyard setting with roof top terrace

Apartamentos Jerez is set in quadrangle type setting with a beautifully balconies and flowered courtyard in its centre. it has a lovely rooftop terrace to sit and read or sunbath as well as a cool room to relax in the shade. our room was a shabby chic style but felt tired and in need of upgrading and the decor was poor with paint splashed on the lovely beam and features spoiling its appearance. the facilities within were good but having spent a month in Andaluçia staying in over ten apartments this was by far the most expensive and frankly the worst in terms of quality. you can’t fault the location for access into Jerez though.
decor tired and poorly done. pricing compared to all the major places in Andaluçia far too expensive for the quality provided.

Friendly staff and a great location and easy to reach from the railway station.
My room was a bot noisy because of the restaurant next door.

The atmosphere was fantastic and the courtyard entry was magical. We also really enjoyed quiet time on the rooftop patio. A very lively neighborhood as well. It was very well priced and the staff was very attentive. I look forward to coming back one day

Very quiet. Easy access to centre of town. Good nearby restaurants. Lovely courtyard in apartment.
I can't think of anything

This property is beautiful. it’s rustic with all the modern upgrades. I had my own kitchen and even used the terrace washer. the concrete stairs are a bit tricky because it is an old building and I was on the top floor. not for the faint of heart to reach the top, but I loved the view. and they have a handicap accessible studio that was lovely!

Very nice people, beautiful building, great location. Lovely experience and good value for money. We would go back.
The bad was not really comfortable, it could have been a problem for a longer stay. The kitchen could be just a bit better equipped.

Gorgeous old building, comfy mattress and excellent location in the center of Jerez.
We could've used an iron and some paper towels. But regardless, everything was great.

Nice, cosy and spacious appartement. Close to city ! Beautiful court!

Lovely restored apartment building, loads of character, lovely courtyard area with lots of potted plants. Very quiet and conveniently located for local bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the main shopping centre etc. High standard of cleanliness. The receptionist was very helpful.
The food preparation area was very restricted in space - but well equipped. I would have liked some sort of rack to dry our towels on - but I'm being a bit picky.

Everything was how we expected, clean, comfortable, near the bus/train stations and very very beautiful place with great staff.
There were no negatives.

The staff were very helpful, well natured and well informed about the city and attractions.
The beds were not comfortable and the asking price per night was a bit high for the provided facilities, look and feel of the apartment.

A convenient overnight stay in a traditional Spanish apartment. Courtyard was quaint & lady on reception very helpful, especially to assist with parking.
Bed was quite small with plastic sheeting underneath. Bedroom was on a mezzanine floor & toilet was downstairs. Shower was quite powerful, clean & hot but very small. Parking was available in an underground car park across the road but access & spaces were very tight/small & difficult if you have a large car like ours.

Very cute appartment in traditional house with courtyard. Roofterrace to chill. Perfect location. Bars, restaurants and City centre on the doorstep. Very friendly staff. Gave insider tips to visit cool places.

the staff were incredibly helpful. Maria went above and beyond to help us with watching the final of the European women’s football. So kind and thoughtful.

The central patio is well entertained, full of plants, etc.
The reception has been useful in terms of suggestions, maps and so on.
Most of rooms are not very comfortable. Some have not even a window, only a large door with transparent glasses. The interior design of the rooms is not well thought of.

We got the room highest up so we had a nice view on the city and on the church. The AC was in the kitchen/living room, so that we did not get blasted in the bed. Kitchen had a lot of facilities which we did not get the chance to use.
Eve though the staff is not there all the time, they responded on WhatsApp.
Washing machine available. The courtyard and the terrasse are nice options to chill a bit.
The water pressure of the shower was very weak the first time we used it, a bit better the second time.
No (toilet) paper must be put in the toilet.

Cute basic place, short walk to Plaza Arenal.
Nice roof terrace to relax.
Friendly staff.

The location is excellent, the welcome was very friendly and the advice and recommendations were spot on. The ambience is wonderful and a bonus is that there is a washing machine!
The bathroom in our room wasn’t great. However we have stayed here before with another couple in a two bedroomed apartment and the bathroom was very good. The pillows were not great.

Lovely court yard and roof terrace. The facility staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. If you have the chance book the restaurant next door - we found it to be absolutely fabulous.
first room we had exterior facing very noisy, but we were moved swiftly when we spoke to the reception team.

In a quieter part of town , but close to centre.
beautiful old building with gorgeous patio inside which was cool & full of plants.
sun terrace on roof if you don’t mind climbing the stone stairs & heights !
chairs to sit on & a washing machine for company.
Friendly & very helpful guy on reception.
spoke English, gave us advice.
Other reviews mentioned rustic, I would say basic & tired. Need to spend some money updating furnishings.
Sheet didn’t fit bed, too small.
kitchen was there if you needed it.
toilet glass sliding door, overlaps the wall near bed , so was a hazard at night in dark.
At nearly £200 per night it was our most expensive hotel during our trip from Madrid to Malaga .
Certainly not the best
