A very relaxed stay which was made very comfortable by the lovely hotel team.

The staff were so kind and helpful - we especially had great conversations with Sarah who helped us check in and Alice who made sure we were having a great experience. The hotel decor was beautiful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the history behind the hotel made the experience even more interesting. We really enjoyed our food at the thorn tree restaurant and at the Thai chi restaurant with very polite and courteous servers. We enjoyed using the pool and our massages were great. If we ever come back to Nairobi, we’d love to stay here again.

We genuinely had a fantastic experience and hope that other guests are able to enjoy it as much as we did!

Nice hotel. Comfy beds! Good food. Interesting to stay in a historical hotel.

I thought it would be more lux. The breakfast was pretty standard. And the breakfast room too noisy.

The Sarova Stanley is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest and nicest staff!

The historical aspect . We had a tour!

The steps into the swimming pool were slippery. My daughter slipped, I witnessed 3 other people on different days slip also.

每次外出，酒店门口的保安会热情的用当地语言和司机沟通上车地点，这点让我很安心，并且早上每次出门，酒店的安保人员会热情的跟我打招呼，印象很好。

我对这个酒店不满意有以下几点 1. 首先，我的行程临时有改变，当我在中国的时候就已经尝试跟酒店沟通，因为要提前一天走，但是我不想再麻烦临时找酒店，所以不想取消整个订单，而是希望修改离店日期就好，我所有的房费全部已经通过BOOKING付款。酒店回复我，到酒店会提供帮助，当我顺利抵达酒店时4月19日上午9点左右，我又亲自问了前台一边，一个女士前台回复我，可以修改。我预计24号一早的飞机，所以23号下午3点左右我又去问了前台，但是这次她们前台正式回复我，我的订单不能修改，并找理由说是BOOKING的事情，甚至他们请来了酒店的前天经理，一个女士穿着灰色衣服！我在BOOKING上做了申请提前离店一天的修改申请，SAROVA STANTLY还是拒绝了！还是要扣我25号一天的房费！我无法理解酒店这种前后表现不一的行为，非常失望！这让我认为酒店想要坑骗我的意思！出行，行程计划有变很正常。 2. 我来肯尼亚是商务出差，希望休息好，尽量减少外出，我在酒店用餐时，不停有服务员过来询问我味道如何，感觉如何，看上去彬彬有礼，但是真让人非常反感！我并没有结束用餐，服务员却伸手来取餐盘，是漫过整个餐桌取餐盘，我很不喜欢这样。并且，进餐时，餐厅就像一个菜市场，服务员吗咿咿呀呀的有说有笑，五星级酒店的氛围我感觉不到。 3. 酒店过于老旧，房间里可用的插孔太少。

Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the pool. The staff were great. Compared with other hotels in Nairobi this is great. Pricey, compared with other hotels, but then again, this is one of the very few places in the centre of the business district.

Cleanliness. Roaches in room. Assistance from room staff was not speedy. Only staff member that made stay enjoyable was Jackson. He was exceptional and very kind to my children.

The fact that they couldn’t and don’t want to accommodate you when you had food brought In in case of allergies tolerances and emergencies they didn’t want to hear your own food for you and for your comfort that was a huge let down

Well appointed hotel with an agreeable African and old-world atmosphere.

I have stayed in the Stanly a number of times over the years. My latest stay, for five nights, fully confirmed my positive impressions of this hotel. It was good value by Nairobi standards, at least on this occasion. The hotel in extremely well located for the Central Business District and central Nairobi in general. The staff are helpful and efficient. The services in general are good. This is a well-appointed hotel. My room was spacious and well furnished. One very positive aspect compared to comparable international hotels is that the Stanley has a very agreeable African and old-world atmosphere which gives it an added touch.

The only relatively minor shortcomings I observed were: the pillows, which were synthetic and rather too hard for comfort; and the air-conditioning which was rather noisy, and hard to turn off, but as one can open the windows, it was not problematic. I did not ask the hotel to fix these issues, and, in all fairness, I am sure they would have addressed them had I done so.

Great location in city centre Different options and tasty breakfast I liked the fruits and bacon Nice staff especially Joseph introduced room well after check in, job the front manager was helpful, we booked there for 7 nights, after we face demonstration and risky situation in Nairobi, decrease to one night, he agreed with that, then when we see every thing become normal after Monday, we add two nights more

A bit dated Cockroachs inside the room and bathroom I extended date of stay from 20 to 23 but in my booking didn't add last night

Nice hotel with lots of history, could do better with communication ,

Staff were brilliant and hotel very clean. Nothing was to much trouble. Steve the head quatre keys consierge was very helpful. Foods in main restaurant very nice.

Swimming pool was closed and no notification was given to guests. If we had been notified we would probably have changed hotels, as we were planning on our first day to be R&R round pool. Wasn't told about the closure until after we paid, otherwise I would have asked for room upgrade or reduction as compensation upon check in! Not impressed. Pool expected to be closed for another 3 weeks, not 4 /5 days as duty manager advised us after we had paid! Beds were very firm, ask housekeeping for a mattress topper
