Disappointing

Location

Bathroom wasn't clean. Water clogged drain. No extra towel. Stuffy No privacy. Booking.com should indicate it's a shared room!

Great service and very helpful people

The hosts are extremely helpful, especially if you need something at the airport. I didnt know I needed a transit visa and I didnt carry cash with me... and the ATM at the airport was not working, so yes perfect storm, but the host organized for someone to pay for my visa (with their money) so I could leave the airport. Amazing people!

The bathroom is a bit ran down, nothing wrong with it but kind of low if compared with international standards... but everything worked anyway

Another unforgettable stay

access by SMS. just a password to access the apartment. Its superb. no delays, no waiting to collect the keys. everything was well in advance. I was there whole 2 weeks. i do not have any issues. all the kitchen equipment's are working and new . 2 toasters / front loading washing machine / fridge / microwave/ iron / tv / WIFI. it was super experience. Thanks Apex. owner, Ms Florance came only once to meet me, she is good , kind hearted and she took me also to the Shopping mall, just to show the Directions . thanks.

Bad experience, ruined part of our holidays

The place was decent

No one was there when we arrived and we had to wait a long time sitting on the stairs until we finally got to enter. We booked a room for 3 people, but it was a scam, all the rooms were for 2 people and the owner wanted then to charge us for an extra person that we had already paid, finally one of us was forced to sleep on the couch. The discussion went on for about 1 hour, making it very stressful for us. Also, when we asked about the other rooms, he just decided to lie to us by telling us that some guests were coming, but of course no one else came. The owner knew what was wrong and wasn’t willing to change the mistake even for further clients so he could keep doing the same move on other guests. Definitely not recommended.

Worst accomodation experience in Kenya especially as a tourist!!

she never came to the property. She left us stranded at the gate at night with no code to enter and nowhere else to go, she said she would send someone to come when we arrive. I was so disappointed because I had communicated so we with her.

It was far from expected

the host was responsive.

identifying the appropriate block of apartments was not clear. The accommodation was in a shared house. The room was really tiny. The shower water was not hot.

The owner was really helpful. Walking distance from shops. The people were very friendly. Overall the stay was very nice.

I didn't like the fact that you had to share a kitchen especially during COVID. There was alot of movement in and out of the apartment.

Almost all was ok

Almost all was ok, guardian on front gate of complex, door on code so no key need, quiet place. Nice furnature in sleeping room and in shered places like kithen and living room.

In bathroom is not separated any how the shower and toalet, its big place but water going all over the place. When showering smells coming from sink on floor, so not nice! They advertise on booking that they have a indoor pool. When we ask about it, wher it is, how and in whic time we can use, they replay on WhatsApp that during Covid mesurments its closed ! Then that need to be writen on site "is out of use temporarily" !!!

Noise in the neighbourhood -tooo much noise coming from the opposite house Wanted to access the swimming vicinitywhich i didn't get the chance ,it was locked instead Kids running around making loud noises everywhere

Disappointing

Good location if you need to be close to the airport. The wifi was working well.

I've never met the owner of the place, the driver dropped me in the apartment and another tourist opened the door. The rooms were cleaned but one had a "bathroom" smell and the other one had a pair of boxers on the sofa. The included breakfast is more ingredients and then you can cook your own breakfast.

Comfortable modern apartment in a gated high rise building with ample secure parking. Fully equipped kitchen. Good wifi. Quiet. 4 rooms, mix of long term and short term tenants. Friendly airport pick-up driver also handles check-in, so it can be done any time at day and night.

In the beginning was delay in aeroport and the Jackson sent his brother Nelson which help a lot

Furniture is old but generally all was ok. The beds are big and the mosquito protection helped a lot .

Loved the experience. Would always go back there any time.

Place is very spacious, cozy, large balcony with a wide view. The place is within reach of many facilities and sites, eg, shopping mall, direct access to main road and very close to the airport. The place is fairly quiet also

Towels need to be replaced, they look a little old.

Exceptional

Florence and Silas are the nicest people in Kenya. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located but the most important thing for me was the manager and his wife. They picked me up from the airport and take me back next day. They made me feel safe in a new country being by myself, it is perfect for people who travel alone. Highly recommended. Asante sana :)
