Mittelmäßiges Hotel in traumhafter Lage

Toplage direkt an der GrandAnseBeach, wunderschöner, weisser Sandstrand, schöne Parkanlage im Resort

Frühstücksbüffet überzeugt nicht, warme Speisen häufig kalt, Eierspeisen auf Bestellung sind gut, sehr eingeschtänkte Auswahl am Buffet, wenig bis keine Abwechslung, Personal war häufig wenig motiviert aber stets bemüht, ihre Aufgaben zu erfüllen. Poolanlage und einige Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, wir mussten das Zimmer mit Wasserschaden an der Decke wechseln und im zweiten Zimmer die völlig durchgelegene Matratze reklamieren.

Enjoyed it even though it was not entirely as I remembered.

The beds are the Radisson are the best!!! The property really has a wonderful location, the beach is amazing and the grounds are vast.

I want to make a special appeal for upkeep to the property and to the hotel. It is a gem of a place that has been allowed to deteriorate over the years since I last visited. The service as well has dipped. Hoping it gets back to the glory days.

Overpriced.. underwhelming

The location right on the beach.

Arrived at the hotel 6pm. Wasn't put in a room until 8pm (they said they would call me but no one did I had to go back and inquire). No staff answer the phone - I called the operator, housekeeping and room service. I had to leave my room to flag down staff and still nobody turned up.. The bathroom was dirty. Annoyingly I noticed hair on the wall once I started my shower. There was no fridge in the room although they said there would be. Food overpriced and overcooked - chicken wings tasted old. Ended up cutting my stay short, didn't even stay for breakfast in the morning.

Love Radisson Grenada but won’t be back until changes are made

The staff and location are amazing. It is accommodating and easy to reach everything

The front desk staff moves very slow and I wait 3 hours for my room only after I notified them that they allowed 4 families to go before me. I normally stay at the Radisson but I don’t think I’ll be back. I will truly miss the server/bartender Linz bc she’s always accommodating and a few others however the property needs an upgrade and to really consider a better check in process

I would definitely return.

The staff were very accommodating, food and entertainment were definitely on point. Easy access to local taxi service and there was a grocery next door.

I'm not sure if my time of arrival clashed with their Carnival period, but, the wait time to get to our room was lengthy, two of five nights I returned to the hotel room to no towels after housekeeping passed. Think this could've been classified as simple human error.

Fantastic hotel with excellent breakfast

Great value for access to paradise

Great location. Loved the access to the beach. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Had an issue with our room door - lock was fixed within 20 mins! All the services you'd expect of a decent hotel. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the pool table!

Feels a little "tired". But loved it nonetheless and were very comfortable here (for context, only stayed for 1 night).

I left Grenaga yesterday and I still hear the sea rushing ashore at sunrise. We will return!

Lack of assistance in getting the local TV channels (tv) to link up with online channels. (ie You tube, Netflicks,). We asked for tech assistance several times, to no avail.

Rapport/qualite prix tres mediocre. Cher pour un mauvais service.

Equipements exterieurs parfaits (piscine, plage...) mais equipements interieurs nuls (climatisation et telephone en panne...)

Le service est deplorable. On a l'impression d'ennuyer le personnel par notre simple presence. Le petit-dejeuner type buffet de qualite tres mediocre sans acces direct aux plats (service assure par une seule personne donc file d'attente importante, aucune fluidite)

Raddison A gem in need of an upgrade

The location is fantastic right on the beach. Shops & banks all within walking distance.

The room is in desperate need of refurbishment everything is worn out & tired looking. The bed is so uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very disappointing.

It was my anniversary which was spoilt by the last incident.

We liked the breakfast and some of the staff

I made a mistake with my booking dates. However I asked one of the receptionist to include the extra day. But, we were informed that the extra day was not charged and we were required to check out. On checking what I paid for I was actually overcharged. If I had left without checking they would have kept the extra money. I don't think it was dishonesty but due diligence was not done to ensure the rates booked coincided with the rates charged

Fantastic! My only regret is that I had not made this a vacation destination far earlier than this!

Breakfast was a bit salty and oily at times, however, a fair range of offerings were made available to visitors. Very warm, friendly and accommodating staff.....special mention must be made of Dylen, who performed his role of "hotel ambassador" very well! Beautiful scenery and perfect location.

Our room was not ready when we got there. Request for an early check-in was met but we had to wait over 2 hrs for our room to be prepared. Several very friendly staff members looked into the matter since I was unwell at the time which made the delay a small hiccup.

The breakfast tasted good and the staff that were nice (very few) made me feel welcome.

The staff didn’t have a sense of urgency. Most of the staff working the breakfast buffet were very rude! One of them yelled at me for serving myself after the attendant walked right past me and another grumbled at me when I asked for cutlery. I felt very uncomfortable. Also the rooms are very dated there was molddddddd on the curtains and lamp shade. A more thorough clean was needed of the bathroom I found hair that wasn’t mine on the wall and towels.

The beach was perfect and a accessible, with clear water. The staff were friendly, however needed prompting at times.

I would to have like to have had a map of Grenada and expected there to be one at the front desk. Cable channels were not all working and I would have enjoyed watching the full range of tv channels.

Good times

The easy access to the beach, the staff was helpful and friendly, also the 24 hour room service was a huge plus.

The one and only complaint I have is that while dinning I was not offered all food items. The menu was given to me and had various choices, but I overheard one staff member offer some people off menu items, which sounded appetizing. I wouldve enjoyed eating ALL that was offered there. Other than that one thing, it was perfect.

Lovely getaway hotel

This hotel was perfect for my purpose! It's the ideal hotel to just relax and throw away your cares. The location on the beach is perfect and BEAUTIFUL! The pools were well maintained and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The entertainment was welcomed. It was perfect for a nice getaway.

The restaurants on site were underwhelming. The food was hotel-priced and the quality was average. One night we waited an hour for a pizza at one of the hotel restaurants. Shuttles to/from the airport or into town or to tourist sites would have been appreciated. One of the treadmills at the gym was not working so there was a bit of a wait every morning.

If you're OK with basic facilities and service then go for it!

Top location, beautiful part of Grand Anse Beach. A couple of nice staff. That's really about it.

Very cold welcome, not nice after 24 hrs of travel. No-one informed us of closure of big pool. Terrible service at times. Slow and not efficient, example: calling to ask for room service menu, only half hour later someone returns my call to once again ask how they can help 😔 Room super basic. Lighting terrible. The iron is old, ruined my shirt.
