Property was close to Beach, Supermarket and Bank. The Staff was Friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were very Clean and Spacious with Microwave and Mini Fridge.
The Property needs outside Garbage disposals. They were none anywhere close to Rooms on Property. TV in rooms were small with few Cable channels and poor reception.

Super vue sur la mer. Au calme mais proche de la plage et des restaurant ainsi que des centres commerciaux.
La montée est un peu raide pour monter aux chambre mais la vue en vaut la peine une fois arrivé.

as always the staff are super friendly and helpful. Even when we turned up early due to a flight change they did their best to accommodate us. stored our bags and gave us complimentary bottles of water.
that we had to leave!!!!

We stayed in room 50
Good value for money. Location. Cleanliness. Great sea views from both balconies.
Noice from next door room not the hotels fault but could hear far too much.
No alcoholic options in the restaurant, forcing us to go away from the property to have a beer with my meal.

The Staff were amazing! From check-in to the waving us good-bye at check-out, they made us feel like close family. Outstanding! The Location! You get quick access to the beach without the higher costs of being on the beach. A really great value!
The room was basic, no frills and a little dated. Could use a little remodeling of the bathroom, new drapes and furniture. But it was kept spotlessly clean and fresh by housekeeping.

Good on both points. There's need for a door sweep under the front door to keep bugs out. eg. rainflies
Electric golf cart with cover to take guests to the higher levels

Clean fresh friendly. Ideal for short stay. Well placed for beach and restaurants.
Nothing. All good
6.0 / 10.0
The proximity to the shopping complex, short walk to the beach and friendliness of the housekeeping.
The older receptionist is not as accommodating to each guest equally, she usually over-rides the decisions of the younger colleagues which looks chaotic.
The operating hours of the restaurant is inconvenient for in house guests.

Clean surroundings.
I booked an ocean view room. I did not get such room - I was told it was occupied. This was very disturbing and unacceptable. Attempts to appease my small group were made but these could not compensate for the view we were so looking forward to.

Close to the beach and the the shopping center, so it was perfect. Quiet, such friendly, helpful staff! We will be back

The Hotel and Grand Anes Beach.
The toilet in room 31 needs to be service.

It was within walking distance to the beach etc
Needs to be updated. The bathroom was very worn and old also there was someone else’s clothes in our wardrobe which obviously hadn’t been checked. Also they have a restaurant open till 3pm but don’t serve alcoholic drinks which for a hotel of at least 100 rooms I found very odd.

Easy location for beaches, restaurants, supermarket, bus and airport.
Room had great view, good aircon in bedroom, good facilities and a great space.
All staff we met were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making everything so easy.
Can't think of much but perhaps would have been good to have a ceiling fan in the main living room. Some equipment was missing from the kitchen in the apartment on arrival, although this was easily and happily provided when we asked.
Bathroom a bit tired now and shower water pressure is rather low.

The hotel staff is really kind and helpful, the gardens are gorgeous. Good breakfast options. Nice pool and clean. Rooms are pretty clean but not spotless if you're a bit OCD like me.
The restaurant is a bit slow and on our first day didn't have fish salad or diet soda. The hotel is a bit far from the beach but nothing terrible either, 5/10 min walk and the mall is great to buy water before hitting the beach.

super clean big room with a huge comfortable bed, awesome balcony with breathtaking view where I used to enjoy my breakfast. nice staff that is very available and helpful and nice “goodbye” with a cute signed card and some pastries
it is second line and you need to walk around 7 min to the beach, but it does not change and impression of this beautiful place

Relaxing hotel, having a large yard, a swimming pool and a restaurant. It is actually more like a complex than a hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent wifi and the room is equipped also with microwave oven so you can cook lightly some things. Beach across the road, at aprox 500m.
No dinner options, last order at 3 p.m. The position of the hotel a bit secluded, but a 10-15 min walk will bring you to the mall and in the shops area. Generally, the hotel is a bit old, not an issue though, apart from the "money for value" scoring.

Wonderful staff - would have liked to take them home with me :) If all of my colleagues were like the hotel staff, going to work would be so much more of a pleasure! They're also super efficient. Beautiful and well kept gardens and great overall hotel design. Simply loved the good sized, deep pool, and spent a significant amount of time in it. Great breakfasts available at the restaurant. I moved to another accommodation on Grenada and noted it recommended breakfast at the Siesta in its restaurant list. Highly reliable wifi. Very good location near supermarkets, shops, banks and the beach. When I needed a break from the remote work I was doing I would go for a quick walk along the beach and return. Room had a huge balcony with a terrific view. TV had satellite news, sport, good selection of movie channels. While the hotel is expensive, it is very typical in price for the Caribbean region, and cheaper than nearby places, so as long as you're aware of what to expect and keep in mind how good the location is, it's okay.
Obviously not the hotel's fault, but the occupants of the neighboring room were horrendously noisy. They were nice people and you didn't like to say anything, but they blasted out loud music for a goodly proportion of the day, which spread across the hotel. I was surprised it didn't seem to be a problem (although they did seem to disappear the next day). It was awful being in the next room and being subjected to it. I had to put on the A/C more than I usually would and turn up to TV to create some covering white noise. They also woke me up with some sudden yelling at 3am one night. Also a little disappointed by the island tour booked for me - I specifically asked if it covered key historical sites and that I was interested in the history and was told it did. It didn't. We didn't go to any forts or other key historical sites; it was just a cookie cutter cruise passenger style tour visiting touristy places. The guide was lovely and extremely attentive but struggled to answer my history questions and gave some inaccurate historical information. (Still worth it though for the beautiful drive around the island shore and lunch on a restaurant balcony overlooking the northern tip of Grenada). It also would have been good to have pool towels provided (they seemed to be at some times of the day, but not whenever I swam, so I used room towels).

Everything perfect!
This question is not for me! I liked everything at the Siesta Hotel.

Nice view and restaurants (Sushi, Italian and local Grill) within easy reach, big pool.
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant: while the omelette was good the coffee was weak and the 'grapefruit juice' was sweetened squash, not worth the money. Consider having breakfast somewhere else, perhaps the Italian café close by.

everything was good
