The staff was very nice and they really cared about improving my stay to the best of their abilities. Very good price. I would definitely recommend :)
No breakfast, even though it said breakfast was included. The Wi-Fi was sometimes subpar, but that was to be expected.

The person at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The place also had a small shared kitchen that looked very equiped (I didn't used it though, so I don't remember very well what was in it). The bathroom in my room was very good and very clean. Good wifi too.
I was in a room with no windows. So there was no way to have sunlight or to ventilate the room. Sadly I received a room that had a little bit of cigar smell so I wanted to let some fresh air in, but... I couldn't! Because there where litarlly no windows. There was no natural light neither, so waking up and spending time in the morning was a no no.

It was clean but did not supplement the more significant problems
As some reviewers warned about the noise, I packed ear plugs and ear muffs (used at the construction site). They still did not suppress the noise in the room I was given, but I had opted to economise, so no issues there. What I had not expected was the faulty front door lock. Even the staff who worked there could not get it to open. The manager had to be called, and she told me, 'it is difficult, so practice while I am looking.' It was tough, and though I was lucky once, I could see that I might not be the next time. The problem is that neither this manager nor her employees live on the premises. If you get locked out after coming back from dinner, you would have to either look for another hotel or sit in the rough area where the hotel is located. Groups of trouble-looking teenagers hassled me on my way to the hotel already. I could hear them brawling sinisterly in the old market piazza in front of the hotel. Therefore, I decided not to eat out and survived the night on my little snack. Not only did I miss out on a chance to savour the Foggia local cuisine, a hotel that does not guarantee you basic security should not rent out to solo female travellers.

Super nice host, easy check-in, very nice room in the city center. Perfect for a few days!

Central location
Poor communication with staff - when I arrived to check in there was no answer at the door, only to be informed half an hour later that my room was in fact in a different building a few streets away. This was not a problem but staff should inform guests in advance to make the process easier.
