Erittäin siisti huoneisto ja hotelli. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Rannan läheisyys oli hyvä. Myös alakerran ruokakauppa palveli hienosti.
Ruokapaikat olivat vähän kauempana hotellista.

Almost all
No clothes washing facilities (we stayed for 10 nights) and the laundry service was ridiculously over priced. Did not use. Very inconvenient.

We had a family apartment and we loved the space. The view is also nice as we could see a bit the sea. They cleaned every day and provided more than enough beach towels. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
The doors of the kitchen cupboards don’t have the thing to prevent loud slamming when closing, it would be an easy fix and is very annoying.
The beach restaurant closes at 18h and the other one is adults only. Luckily the mini market has everything so you can have dinner in the room.
The gym is very basic, no barbell 😵

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. From our first to our last day, they have helped us regarding our various requests. They allowed us an early checkin and when one of our children was sick they were helpful and concerned. All in all it was a very pleasant stay for us.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless everyday. We loved that the shopping center was attached to the hotel which included a supermarket, car rental and more. Very convenient!

Very close to the beach and easy access to taxis. Good size balcony and room was very clean and a lovely size. Lovely polite staff.
No food facilities such as breakfast etc.

It was close to the beach and central to Faliraki and Rhodes. Perfect size of the rooms for us as a party with to adults and teenagers. The market is on spot so perfect to shop groceries. Kind staff and calm Hotel.
The pool area was so small with no view, it felt like a small box. The breakfast place was not located in the hotel, we had to walk for 10/15min or take a shuttle bus witch is not far, but the breakfast property was a disaster. To many people in one place. It was loud, chaotic, stressful with rood people🥺 not a place for calmness and relaxation, witch we needed so much. The online site should absolutely inform about the breakfast and that we had no access to Amades pool, witch you can see in the pictures.

Very spacious apartment, all nice and clean and very friendly staff. Great stretch of beach too.
The photos suggested beach front but the apartment hotel had two hotels staggered in front as per photo. Breakfast was at a different hotel so you are required to get a shuttle bus over.

- Location
- Every single person we came across, staff at hotel, Ammades, car rental etc were all so friendly and extremely helpful in any way possible.
- laundry facilities including express
- Apartment was clean and spacious. Everything you’d require in a kitchenette was there.
- wifi was strong
- supermarket connected to Epsilon which was incredibly handy.
- Each apartment had a spacious balcony
Epsilon was 3 times cheaper than other accommodations nearby but it had the same 5 star feel, look and quality!! Could not recommend it enough!!
- We were two female friends that just wanted to chill. This would suit all holiday types.

Super clean! and friendly staff.
I liked everything.

I was attracted to the lovely, large pool shown on the website. Therefore, I was very upset to discover that this had been replaced by a tiny, dirty rectangle, in a concrete yard, completely shaded after 2pm

The photos of the front were not of the epsilon hotel which is very very dated . It’s of the beach club, down the road - the beautiful pool is also the beach club which the children were not allowed to go into - so basically we couldn’t use it either - false advertising . Had they said it was adults only we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
Lied to in the pictures- hotel dated , lifts dated , the only pool the children could use was under the hotel level -1 , no sun and freezing.
The shopping centre below is dated , old, full of cheap fake designer shops - with one cafe.

View, silence, surrounding, 2 seperate rooms with a door, at the beach, near the attractions like akropolis, nices beaches and the party mile
the pool was a little bit disappointed and only for younger kids until 8 years and their parents

We spent really nice two weeks here. The guide was kind. The view from the balcony was nice (7 th floor), from lower floors it is limited because of the two buildings in front of the hotel.
We did not get information about renovation or modification of the hotel. The territory of the hotel was getting such smaller, one part of the building changed to a five star adult hotel but the pictures still shows like they are together. I think it would be more straight if the hotel communicate correctly that the beach and the beach bar on the pictures is like a totally different entertainer unit (same company but the services (umbrella-sunbed) not included in the hotel reservation). The rooms need some renovation.

The room was very spacious and clean with a generous balcony. The pool was nice with plenty of loungers and shade.
The pool is not as pictured on the website and the pictures of the beach are the beach club, the hotel is not right on the beach as the pictures lead you to believe but it is only a minute walk.

Ideal for families, the hotel rooms are spacious and built for them.
Some large rocks in the water but once you get by then the water was amazing.

It was clean, staff was friendly.
It was no direct road to the sea, you need to get out from the hotel and go around.
One night the beach was closed! Because the other hotel has a party - we cannot enter the beach and make a walk. Strange situation.

very friendly staff, spacious room, great view, convenient location, nice beach restaurant

The area is well served, rooms are equipped, staff are friendly and helpful. We had asked to move up from the 3rd floor and we have given the highest, same room, up which we prefer and like. That was really appreciated.
Gym is good
The beach area is new, fresh and the service there is much better than the hotel/apartment you can feel the difference, however is not free of charge and it is not cheap but worth it. Food served there is good.
It was not clear and still not clear on booking that we had to pay to access the beach, of course you can access for free but we had to pay everyday 12 EUR to have sandbeds. we took it up with the hotel they try their best to explain but in a blaming way saying things such as "you are the only guest who complained" "you are wrong" "we already gave you a higher up room" This is not very professional and pleasant customer experience at all in the middle of a vacation to argue with the hotel team.
Very small pool and not enough beds, can become crowded quickly.
Cleaning was not good, it was enhanced after giving feedback but still was not at best.
After adding up all other costs to stay here i would not do it again because you would have much more better choices in Rhodos for the TOTAL amount.

Good sized apartment. I requested with view to the Sea and it was ok. Good air conditioning, kitchen, plenty of tables, chairs and chests. The apartment is very good!
Oh, I almost forgot to mention there is a shopping center downstairs, you can find other restaurants, clothes, swim suits, sun block, beer, jewelry, bags, etc.
There are taxis and a bus stop opposite the apartments.
It would have been perfect if they would have room service. But the restaurant downstairs if fine, a bit out of my budget but there also supermarkets around to buy supplies and cook in the apartment.

Perfect breakfast with the best seaside view, abstolute top
Well equipped gym
Sea view is not what you expect if you are not lucky enought (depends on room you get)

I’ve been to this hotel multiple times (2000-2021). I like the new restaurant they have built on the beach. Rooms are super.
I still liked the old Epsilon more. I liked when there was a waterslide going straight to the pool, I also liked that there was another pool near to hotel. Biggest shock was that the bar was not there anywhere and the reception was in different place?! I really miss that bar…

The staff was ready to solve any problem. The cleaning in the room was also good (but not at the public areas - almost no cleaning there). The wifi was stable. The taxi station and the bus station next to the hotel are very useful for guests (please update the timetable of the bus station at the reception - we got the right information only when we got to the bus stop:-) A lot of good taverns around. One can walk easily to Faliraki downtown and have some fun there (Oceanarium, taverns, pubs etc). The mini market is open till late evening and it was very comfortable to buy drinking water there. Unfortunately there is no baby/children food (perhaps the apartments are not aimed for families with children).
1) A lot of smoking people in the restaurant during breakfast (ash trays are everywhere in the hotel) 2) Food at breakfast wasn't always fresh - children had stomach problems after tasting dried fruits 3) The room wasn't spacious for 4 people, there is no place to dry towels (no floor clothers' dryer), sofa beds are comfortable only for teens not for a grown-up 4) If you switch the conditioner off than you smell and hear everything that is happening in the room next door 5) very loud music at the hotel next to the apartments almost every evening 6) no evening entertainment for 21 nights at the hotel 7) there is almost no place to walk in the evening, only along a street with bus stops to Faliraki 8) the food at the bar was almost only street and fast food - tried a couple of salads but they were not tasty 9) the beach is awful for a 4 star hotel - my son cut his foot the first day we tried to swim there (a lot of construction garbage on the bottom of the sea) and the wind at the place with free sunbeds is very strong (because of its location) - we had to go the next beach (of a 3 star hotel) where there were no such problems - they cleaned the beach and the location is much better 10) the public areas have no regular cleaning - we saw one and the same garbage at the childrens' pool for several days (when the food from the bar was served there and the paper wraps stayed untouched around the pool with buckets with ice).
