Plezierige accommodatie

Zeer compleet en schoon huis wat gewoon alles heeft wat je nodig hebt op vakantie. Daarnaast zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke beheerder.

Nachts vrij veel last van blaffende honden van omringende huizen.

Wszystko nam się podobało. Dom jest zadbany, wyposażony we wszystko co jest niezbędne a nawet i więcej. Sypialnie czyste z wygodnymi materacami. Basen również był odpowiednio przygotowany tak jak i jacuzzi. Anna jest miłą i ciepłą osobą, Dbała o wszystko, żebyśmy mogli jak najlepiej wypocząć. Zorganizowała nam transfer z lotniska. Przygotowała nam grecką kolację którą jedliśmy jeszcze przez kolejne dwa dni, bo tyle było jedzenia. Każdemu polecamy to miejsce, spędzi tam niezapomniane chwile. Dziękujemy Anno ♥️

Exceptional

Everything was beyond perfect. The villa is really spacious and the outside facilities are really grate. Anna was such a Perfect host. We were welcomed with a fresh baked chocolate cake and Anna even cooked for us one evening. So we can definitely recommend spending your holiday here.

Beyond perfect

We had a wonderful holiday at the villa. The house is located in a quiet area very close to a decent sized supermarket (~1 min walk), the local beach and some restaurants. It met our needs perfectly. The house was very clean and Anna, the host, was very friendly/warm and always happy to help. Anna is a fantastic host. We cannot praise her enough. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was beyond perfect.

Warm, welcoming environment in the perfect location & the best host!

Amazing location just a 5 min walk from the beach and shops, bars, restaurants etc and an exceptionally beautiful property with so fantastic facilities, particularly the tranquil pool and the luxurious hot tub. This property is however, put heads above anywhere else because of the wonderful Anna. The most wonderfully kind, hospitable and generous host possible and an amazing insight into the beautiful Greek warmth and kindness!

The photos don’t do the villa justice, this was like a home from home. Anna has thought of everything you could possibly need, the pool and garden was perfect for us and a beautiful balcony area. The layout is perfect, all bedrooms are spacious. Supermarket is a minutes walk away.

We couldn’t find any faults.

Excellent stay. Excellent Villa. Just let down slightly by the invasion of privacy on a couple of occasions.

The Villa was fantastic. Very spacious & clean and only 100m from the nearest supermarket. The restaurants and bars were only 10 min walk away. Our stay was made extra special by the lovely pool. Certainly needed when it got too hot to sit in the sun. Anna the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

I think the only thing the Villa would benefit from is maybe a couple of umbrellas by the pool for extra shade. We were also a little shocked when the owner entered the Villa whilst we were out to turn off the a/c on a couple of occasions. She also surprised us one day by entering the garden whilst we were out by the pool.

A brilliant experience in Anna's Brilliant Villa

In all honesty, the villa looked better in real life than on the pictures, especially the outdoors area. Anna was a brilliant host as well, and was like a mother, even coming to clean up our messes without us asking. She even cooked us dinner!

I loved everything thing about the property. Anna is such a beautiful friendly lady 😍 she's the best host ever. Everything was perfect and we felt like we were at home. Perfect place for a family. Everything you need is outside the villa.

It was a nice villa

The house was very spacious and fully equipment. Everything was verry clean and after 4 days was cleaned thorughly. The hostes Anna was verry friendly and helpful. We had a great week and will go back again.

Incredible

Anna was an incredible host, she couldn't have done more for us. We were facilitated with an early check-in and a late check-out and she even cooked a beautiful dinner for us one night. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

There was nothing about the villa itself that wasn't fantastic. We had an incredible time there. Our only downside was that Ialysos itself is not the nicest of holiday destinations. For good restaurants you really need to travel into Rhodes town.

Really a brillant villa...

Lets start from the owner Anna.She was there for the welcome so kind and always with a big smile to answer in all of my questions. Great house with plenty of facilities...Inside and outside... even better than the pictures. Good location near the airport and the city center. You have everything around you atms super markets gas stations bars restaurants pharmacies... couldn't find best... one of the most beautiful villas that I have ever been...Keep the good work❤

Great Villa with extraordinary host

Warm welcoming and feeling home right from the start. Our host Anna was absolutely amazing - she cooked some traditional delicious dishes and showed us a very special place. The villa is very well equipted and we didn‘t miss anything - garden and pool area are very spacious and well-cared. Absolutely great!!

Beautiful villa! September 2020

The villa is in a perfect location, supermarket around the corner and walking distance to beach and lots of lovely restaurants. It’s also only a 15 min taxi drive from the airport. Anna was a perfect host making sure we had everything we needed and even made us a delicious homemade Greek meal. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return. Sebastian was also very helpful who organised taxi transfers and answered my questions before we arrived.

Perfect stay in a lovely location.

Location perfect within walking distance of Ilyasos town with lovely restaurants and bars. Within walking distance of the beach. Host was amazing really friendly and made us a delicious meal. Garden was amazing - definitely a bonus for any families with young children or any children.

Definitely brilliant!

This is really is an amazing villa!. It is much bigger than it looks on the photos. The grounds are far bigger and despite what it shows on the pictures, the pool is in direct sun light all day (there are trees for shade if needed). The house is 10/15 min walk from the main town /beach area which had a number of restaurants and bars to cater all needs; traditional Greek restaurants as well as cocktail bars. The actual sea itself is a 15 minute walk. The supermarket is on the road in front of the villa, so a 2 min walk away max. It is on the main bus route to Rhodes Town, 15 mins on the bus and costs 2 euros. Anna was a great host, even bringing us around a Greek dinner one evening and driving us to the airport on our final evening. She also had made a cheesecake for our arrival and arranged late check out for us free of charge as no-one was checking in and we haf a late flight. She answered any questions we had about the villa very quickly and was very helpful in regards to the local attractions. She provides swimming pool, showering and hot tub towels. The villa had everything we could want and more, including a bbq which we used to cook one evening. The villa was immaculately clean.

The only negative comment I can make is that despite having 2 family bathrooms, only one has a stand up shower (the second is a bath with a hand held shower head), so as a group of 5 girls who needed to wash our hair we could only really use one shower. That however, is the only negative. I cannot recommend this villa enough, so much so one of our party is looking at returning with her family next year.
