Cute little trailer style cottages
Customer service at beach not great

we stayed in the budget mobile house, and although very simple, it had all the basics covered:
- VERY clean. Still smelled like bleach. Clean sheet (bed still to be done so for sure clean sheet :))
- Air-conditioning working perfectly (although paid extra)
- very quite. I always wear earplugs but I didnt have to here
- bus service to the beach, although you can still walk to it (~25 mins)
-beach with umbrella and sunchairs included
- mosquitos
- on the expensive side for the value

Nice, clean, comfortable,
The staff did not allow any playing in the pool, just swimming... It would have been nice if the children were allowed to play in the pool, jump, throw balls etc.

All in all, a perfect little corner close to Sirolo center. I would have given it a higher score if the mobiles homes were not as old - don’t get me wrong - nothing wrong with vintage - I quite liked the vibes there - but the spaces were planned in the seventies or eighties /with Italien people in mind. So for an average European everything was quite tiny: the loo, the bedroom and the bed itself. I hope that they are able to update gradually, since the whole complex is a well planned. The restaurant serves delicious pizzas and salad (didn’t try other dishes) and a wonderful assortment of pastries/bed and a perfect coffee to take home/around the corner to your bungalow. Staff was extraordinarily nice; info about buses though could have been better, ended up walking since the timetables were not updated. All in all - I can highly recommend the place - the weather was perfect - cooler September but bathing weather. Hope to return to Sirolo and it’s beaches - btw the Shuttle service runs smoothly and you have no hustle at all during your stay. Mille grazie - tusen tak - Tausend Dank

Very clean house, good receptionists, nice area of the resort, perfect terrace.
Many things were for extra payments, such as: air condition, wifi was limited, entry to the swimming pool only with swimming cup (extra payment)

I liked the property grounds. Well kept, nice pool, nice staff, nice playground. Parking is close. Good shuttle service to the beach and
The mobile home is extremely dated. Ants inside. No microwave. Very little utensils. Outside furniture is dirty and old. Beds are really small.

The property was well maintained, good facilities, staff were extremely courteous and the restaurant/bar was good. We initially booked the Casa Mobile but it was very small and claustrophobic so we upgraded to the Casa Mobile Luxury which was excellent.
The parking space is on a dusty patch of land and the vehicle gets very dirty.

The staff are very accomodating and affordable price to stat comfortable and its not too far from the beach also i liked that they reserve aln umbrella at the seashore.
