Location and position on a cliff, historical significance of the building, great A/C even in very hot weather, private garden and balcony, shade in the evening for dinner outdoors
Bathrooms could be nicer, especially on the ground floor. Kitchen was a bit small.

Quite, close to beach and restaurants

position and view on Sirolo bay: wonderful!
amazing place
Daniel, the host, is very kind and careful.
reservation service managed by Rome "my extra home" was rude, unkind and grumpy!
fortunately when you arrived in Villa Vetta, you no longer have anything to do with them

Location was great between Numana and Sirolo, handy to everything. Accommodations were fantastic and comfortable. Daniel was always willing to help and provide guidance for non Italian speaking guests. The mix between old and new was so interesting. Would definitely return again.
Absolutely nothing!

Daniel was exceptional; very well prepared to answer any questions, gave all information needed and during the whole time he was available and on top of it. And besides all of this, he is the nicest guy.
I didn't like to leave :)

Fabulous place and location. The villa us located in a gorgeous park full of beauty and history. Amazing!
Air conditioning is a bit jumpy but the service was very high standard. Daniel was very helpful.

Great location between Sirolo and Numana which gives you the picks of both towns' beaches and restaurants

Property was very well situated for the centre of Sirolo. Loved the building and the style inside. Great to have free parking. Property is spacious and the outside area is lovely.
The only downside is that although the beach is walkable, it is up/down a very steep hill. And its quite hard work in the heat. That said, buses are available although we couldn't ever be bothered to wait around for the bus.

We’ll renovated former abbey in beautiful location housing a few apartments. The 2 bedroom apartment was nice and spacious with a bathroom per bedroom, bathtub, ample closet space, spacious bathrooms, large well stocked kitchen, washing machine, iron & board, location a few minutes walking from Sirolo and it’s restaurants & beautiful beaches. No car needed. Supermarkets also nearby, free parking next to / as part of the accommodation, public EV charger is a 3 minute walk away. Great accommodating and friendly young man tending the property. And ofcourse, simply beautiful Eastward shared terrace views of the Adriatic and Monte Conero. Too bad the former abbey didn’t incorporate private terraces to enjoy it.
Only real downside, the beds are very simple and truly subpar for an apartment at this price point. Sleeping comfort is therefore limited, which is a shame for a property like this. Other than that, the interior (chairs, sofa, cupboards) look a bit outdated against the renovated building, but that is mostly taste. Some woodworks were slightly sticky, although all else was clean.

Location. Ambience. Service (Daniel was extremely helpful!)
