Great place for a relaxing holiday

Great villas and amazing staff. Highly recommend!

Even though everything was in the range of 5-10km, cabs were expensive. In house food was just average. Private pools were on the smaller side.

The room looked okay visually but once we started using the amenities it became obvious it was not going to be a great stay. Firstly when we walked in the room smelt like mold which came from the bathroom. The back of the toilet had mold all over the caulking and the shower/ bathtub had seams which water could leak through as I assume under there could be full of mold. Secondly the bed was comprised of two single bed, one side was completely collapsed as the springs must've been damaged and was sagging. The hotel is out of town so will need you own transport to get around. Pool is not well maintained either.

Very good

The staff was great and helped us with everything we needed. Very spacious room and nice swimming pool area. It's right between Lamai and Chaweng so you definitely need a scooter to move around which you can rent from the hotel anyway.

The facilities offered by the hotel are good. Theres a pool & good sized balconies. rooms also have a bath tub so thats nice

The hotel’s location is in a good location but a bit far from the attractions so a bike or a car is a must have. The hotel has a cheap rental service tho

good enough for the price that is being paid.

the bedsheets were quite clean and cosy and the staff was really nice and really friendly. the shared pool was rather clean and good depth for most families. hotel provides free shuttle service to chaweng central samui which is convenient as the transport from the hotel to central samui is about 300 baht if you were to take a taxi or the public transport.

the breakfast was really not up to standard and can really be improved but for this price, nothing much can be said. beds were really hard and not very comfortable. not really many facilities other than a pool. the restaurant food price was slightly higher than food outside the hotel but it is to be expected from hotels. the restaurant doesn’t have any sort of music or whatever which makes it rather boring to dine there.

Place was nice, rooms were disgusting,

I liked that it wasn’t too far if you had a moped/bike to get you to the centre.

First room I was given had some sort of bugs nest in it. Second room I was given as a result of the complaint had unwashed sheets which smelled like the previous persons stay. There was also blood in my bed (which wasn’t mine). I told reception whose solution was to notify the manager which didn’t reply.

Not bad..

The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The roomfacilities were great. The bathroom was sufficient just like the large balcony overlooking the pool.

The location...it was to far away from everything. You will need transportation. ( they do have a shuttle service) The beds were not comfortable. We left with a sore back :(

Beach is far away not like in the description. Grab is not coming here since it's outside. Bathroom not clean. Air conditioning very loud.

Very good

Stayed for one night as SHA plus hotel. Everything was quick and reliable, pick-up, transfer, lock in, pcr test, beer on balcony, test result, checkout. a little overpriced but that are all SHA plus these days

Good food The staff are exceptionally helpful. Little out of town but good value for the money paid. Resturant service really good and not over priced.

Bed very hard but sorted with toppers the second day. No walk-in shower only bath shower with very high sides. Ground floor rooms lack light and privacy perfered top floor.
