Thank you for making our stay in our birth country memorable.

The staff are exemplary and the location is ideal, close to restaurants (bún chả Obama, chicken pho …) and street food vendors.

The suite room size which is very small for a suite. It’s much smaller than the suite in Melia hotel.

Central location

Booking.com - confusing terms when booking 2 rooms like breakfast for one room only thinking that it is complimentary breakfast but actually not.

A perfect hotel

A fantastic hotel, very close to the Hoàn Kiếm Lake (10 mints of walking only). The area around the hotel is full of perfect food options and shopping stuff. The rooms are very clean, and very quite which is a great thing for a business traveler. I want to thank Nguyen and Nhi for their support and professionalism, I really appreciate their effort.

Excellent

Excellent breakfast with good English / American / Vietnamese/ "you name it" buffet. Great staff, great location at 20 min walk to old quarter and some phenomenal restaurants in the same block. Very comfortable bed and laundry and fitness room available. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend.

good location

receptionist couldn’t find my booking and then mistakenly provided another booking of other customer which drove a very long check in process. Facility is old which makes the hotel a bit overpricing. I guess people pay for the location mostly

Wonderful stay

Quiet location in the Old Quarter, spacious rooms and a good restaurant offering tasty food.

Although we left our towels hanged every other day to reduce their washing and support Hilton’s green scheme, they were changed daily.

Great value for money

The location of the hotel was great. There were a few good restaurants around. The food places surrounding the hotel can cater to all types of travellers. Accommodating and friendly staff, clean rooms, and our room offered an excellent view of the city. Highly recommended.

Great people, great experience.

The eggs and pho were freshly prepared at the booth. There were also fruits and pastries. Serves coffee and tea as well.

Nothing to complain about. It'd be great if they can provide the 2 water bottles in bigger sizes especially during the warm and humid days.

Exceptional

Rooms are huge clean and comfy. Great breakfast with made to order eggs and coffees. All The staff are amazing but a special thanks to Thang (hope spelling is correct) from reception who really went out of her way to give us directions and tips on places to visit - one of the nicest people we have met in Vietnam.
