Pulita accogliente e centrale

The room was spacious abd comfortable. It was a very central location, though very close to the arena, which can be noisy if there is a concert.
There is absoloutely no way you can leave your suitcase before check-in time or after check-out time. Staff was not flexible or thoughtful at all to try to find a solution.
I had to wait for literally 30 minutes for then to fix the card machine for me to pay for my stay.
I foind the service very unprofessional.

We did not take the breakfast option but the location was very good, only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants and very close to all attractions.
The Wi-Fi could have been better, it was not to bad on the Friday and Saturday but Sunday we could not use it as nothing would connect to it and it was still the same on Monday morning so we were unable to check in for our flights.

Centrally located in the historic part of town. Most major attractions within walking distance. Room and overall facilities were clean. Staff were friendly and responsive. Room met my minimal needs. Shower pressure strong. Air condition worked great. In-shower body gel.
Breakfast was not included in rate (8€), negotiating stairs just to reach the elevator, no complimentary water, tiny mini-fridge, skylights only in room/no view, slow 1 -2 person max elevator without luggage. Have to keep pressing the elevator to go up or down or else it suddenly stopped. Elevator broke down @ checkout (possibly storm weather related the night before). Multiple keys to open front door, corridor and private room doors. No English speaking TV stations. 10 am checkout. Paper thin sheets. Pillows didn’t provide much support. Mine was a two night stay so these issues were not desk breakers individually but had my stay been a week or more, maybe more concerning. Limited toiletries.

Great, central location - easy access to various tourist attractions. Lovely room with plenty of space for us as a couple. Antonella and her team were friendly and helpful. The cafe around the corner which provides the breakfast offered a tasty selection and great value for money. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again when we come back to Verona!

In a perfect location right at the city center.

I loved everything about B&B Opera Prima!!! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the host Antonella who was very friendly and recommended excellent local places to eat and sights to see.
The room was beautiful!! Very large and very clean and neatly presented…Sure, the wifi isn’t the best but that’s expected when you are staying in a building from the 13th century, this wasn’t an issue as I was out exploring the beautiful city of Verona. The room was warm and cosy and the kettle and complementary tea and coffee was great. Excellent bathroom with toiletries and hot shower.
The location is excellent, 20mins walk from Porto Nuova station and no more than 20mins walk from all the main places of interest in Verona.
Thank you for a lovely stay….I will definitely return when next in Verona.
nothing to dislike, this property is amazing!

and i apologize i forgot to leave the 3 eur for tourist tax
- wifi not working
- elevator is scary
- big minus for staff empathy : i contacted property in the morning and told them Im an oncologic patient in the middle of chemotherapy treatment , in italy for a dr appointment and i feel tired after the flight . asked to let me check in earlier, lef me leave bag or refund my booking . ive been answered “ u should have gone to a hotel with reception “ . well oncologic patients are spending most of their money on tests / doctors

The location was perfect, next to the arena and close to everything in the city center. Staff was lovely and really helpful with good recommendations
The radiator in my room was not working, they left an electric heater so I woke up a bit cold one night as I didn't want to leave the heater on all night. The heating machine was very noisy at night.

Breakfast was extra, and I had no need for it anyway, so I did not partake. No worries- there arer numerous bars on Piazza Bra and around the neighborhood where you take a collazione!
Nothing!

The woman who did the check in for us explained everything clearly and gave us a city map with recommendations which was very helpful. Exactly what you expect with this style of accommodation.
The bed cover was not very thick although there was a blanket also.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Even though it is in the centre of Verona on a busy street the room was very well sound proofed and peaceful.
Very helpful and attentive staff also.

The staff is really helpful and the place super cute and clean. It is in the city center very close to everything you need. Love absolutely everything about the place.
For the breakfast you have to leave the hotel for a 5 minute walk and the options are very limited (meat sandwiches or butter croisants, coffee, water and juice). For me as a vegan and alergic to dairy was not suitable.
But other than that the place is amazing.
