Apart from the food we had an amazing time at Anantara

Excellent family friendly facilities with many activities for both kids & adults. Very clean, and super friendly staff. 2 bedroom suite was super spacious and lovely

The pizza place was great for lunch but breakfast needs improvement with more international dishes and less Asian. There were 3 whole stations only for Asian foods & too many pork options. Even room service menu was a disappointment; i expected more.

Everything. Kids’ activities/kid pool. Awesome food, and great service. Poolside food/beverage service was great, too. 2-bedroom suite was spacious and comfy. Laundry a bonus.

great hotel, great staff, but not sure I will return because of the beach incident

the food, the staff, the kids facilities, the pool villa. everything there was excellent

food is very expensive, good but very expensive compared to Thailand prices. The hotel is not located on the beach, we had to use Anantara Mai Kaho hotel facilities, and there I felt very uncomfortable. Right when I went to use one of the beach chairs of Anantara Mai Khao an employee jumped at me and asked for my room number. I said that I stay at Anantara Vacation Club and in return he pointed to the corner where there are designated pool chairs… I felt really uncomfortable by that and practically it ruined my feeling… It felt as if I am treated as coach class on an airplane despite paying for first class tickets

Family of 5 - Great hotel for all!

Great for families. We have a 9 year old who loved the pool and teen zone, a 4 year old who loved the kids club and kid's activities, and a 2 year old who loved the water park and kids club. Our 2 bedroom was extremely clean and spacious. The washer and dryer was also very useful. Easy access to the beach by complimentary buggy, however we also decided to walk back a few times.

The food was slightly more expensive than I was expecting. However, there are other places to eat nearby.

It wasn’t directly on the beach but don’t be put off, it’s a 2 second buggy ride to the most beautiful beach where all the Anantara facilities are there.

overall fantastic and i recommend it

kid’s entertainment and club, swimming pool and all kid’s activities. breakfast was fantastic and lot of variety. staff was very welcoming and helpful. the suite was very clean, large just as the picture. room service was quickly. super professional

spa was very far from my room i have to go to another section. also the beach is in different side, we have to ride to reach there

Everything..the hospitality was great. The staff were very very helpful and always smiling. The private pool was fantastic and well maintained. Nothing was too kuch for the staff. The breakfast is really nice and they have a good variety. The kids pool is perfect for younger children.

Very luxurious resort and value for money.

Breakfast was of good quality and wide variety. Kids club was well maintained and has a variety of activities. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

Pillows could have been firmer.
