Great if you don't intend to leave the resort throughout your stay

Daily breakfast had a decent spread, and the coffee was good. The kids club had loads of activities albeit many are chargeable at about 800 baht per person. There is a Nintendo switch and 2 or 3 PlayStation consoles. There are several restaurants onsite that are typically pricey but serve good food. There are 4 pools and a single slide in the kid's pool. The gym is well equipped with hot/cool pools and a sauna in the locker room.

The location. Expect pricey taxi rides of between 700 to 1200 baht for one way to simply get to Bangtao or phuket town. Room was also dated and not very clean

tolle Anlage direkt am Meer

6 von 7 Tagen war Party am Strand; 2 jeweils 3-tägige indische Hochzeitsfeiern und Firmenevent. Viel zu laut am Strand und im Zimmer und sehr schade für die Entspannung. Zudem haben wir einmal 30 Min gewartet weil zu viele Leute Frühstücken wollten und ein langer Rückstau entstand.

Schöne grosse Anlage mit viel freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal.

Die Gäste haben sich gut verteilt in der Anlage. Die Anlage ist gross und bietet sehr viel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Beim Frühstück mussten wir zeitweise bis zu 20 Minuten anstehen. Das sollte in einem Hotel mit diesen Ansprüchen nicht vorkommen.

This is our third stay at the hotel. We love the quiet and serene atmosphere. The morning walk along the beach was fantastic. The hotel has one of the best sunsets and we really enjoyed the view from pool and the beach. The staff here are so friendly, helpful and professional. Their smiles really warmed us. We would love to see if there are more aerobic activities for the adults such as Zumba/Pilates/Yoga sessions in the late afternoons if possible. Otherwise, the gym facilities here are good. We also used their bikes to cycle around the area and the lake nearby. Great hotel. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant it was our second visit and we will definitely be back again!

A lovely relaxing stay. The Spa is absolutely amazing all the therapist were super friendly, knowledgable, very accommodating with excellent massages. We were lucky to have Yaya and Big as our therapists. The Pool staff were very attentive and professional refiling your cups of ice water proactively, ensuring the sun bed was comfortable and refreshment orders given immediate attention. The Benihana Restaurant is a must especially with K's excellent culinary skills and fun entertainment. Breakfast, the staff were all so welcoming and happy, very efficient in showing you to your table with hot drinks served immediately, All the JW Staff front & back of house, work extremely hard to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

It was a good stay. There were adequate activities for children, especially for younger ones. Breakfast was really great.

The hotel is pretty old, and the location is not the best. The beach is not good for swimming. There are better options in Phuket. Although we booked the higher rate for the family room, at first we were given an old and unrefurbished room on the wing with ongoing construction. We requested to change it, and they honored with the same type of room but in a great location and newly refurbished.

Beautiful and timeless resort with great facilities and amazing staff!

I stayed here as a kid with my family almost 20 years ago, and was really looking forward to returning with my husband. the resort was absolutely as incredible as I remembered — even better! it is a timeless place to stay with great facilities and amenities — we especially enjoyed the tennis court, restaurants, three pools, and beach massages. The room itself was beautiful and housekeeping did a wonderful job each day. overall our stay was made all the better by the friendliness of the staff here. can’t wait to return!

Relaxed and pampered after our stay here.

the resort was very well maintained and had all the facilities for entertaining kids and adults for 3 days. we did not step out of the property other than to visit elephant sanctuary staff was extra nice. they were very warm and made sure we are comfortable at every place, pool side, restaurant, lobby. we were well taken care of.

the room was bit far from the restaurant and central amenities. also there was humid smell in the room but after air purifier the smell was no more there

Large resort alongside the beach

Large resort hotel with a lot of buildings, swimming pools and restaurants with a nice beach. The diversity of the restaurants is a plus because we can stay a few days and experience different kind of food. The property is very large so we can walk along the beach and try the different swimming pools.

The breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel so we have to wait at least 15mn every morning. There are no tables outside, it is a pity to be in an air cond room when the weather is nice outside, even if there are large windows.
