The view
The beds sucked
Shower was moldy water leaking from the fridge or somewhere. On to floor

Very large room, great value for money.
Shower was awkward size.
10.0
The city views, the many food options available nearby, and the closeness of transport options. and in particular the friendliness of the staff. The room is very clean, bright, light, airy, and just the right size.
The room layout, to me, seemed a little odd when nature called in the middle of the first night but I got used to it after that first night. I felt that the shower floor could become slippery/unsafe and with no grab rail I asked for a non-slip mat which was willingly and almost immediately provided. Thank you, team Meriton.

We loved staying here it was a great night away for us we will definitely be back again soon
Only issue was the buttons for the toilet were really damaged and hard to push
9.0
Very spacious and spectacular up on the 70th floor
The TV kept turning itself on and we had to switch it off from the wall.
10.0

We used the apartment to get ready for my wedding, the space was great in the 3 bedroom apartment. Beautiful views out to the river and the city. The space was extremely comfortable
We had makeup and hairdressers that came onsite, they could not park onsite, even though there was spare parking available when we looked downstairs. I understand that there is limited parking compared to the number of apartments available but upon checking there were car spaces available so it would have been helpful if we could have had them park onsite and pay the day rate as they were only there for a few hours

View from the 68th floor was awesome. Our apartment was looking into the Brisbane river. The location of the building is quite central to the city, so easy to get around. The biggest bonus is the coffee shop downstairs which was open on Saturday and Sunday too.
1) Pillow cases and bedsheets were not changed. It had hair and smell from the previous people who had stayed. Then I was told cleaning happens only once in 3 days, even then the sheets were not changed.
2) One of the window was open and there was a grass-hopper inside the apartment when we checked in. Getting people from the house keeping was such a task, being told they are all on their break.
3) We had requested for a 2 BR apartment, but when we checked in, only one BR was available, the other was locked. So again getting the attention of the house keeping was cumbersome.
4) Parking has pretty narrow lanes, so unless you're a fantastic driver, its going to be a scary drive up & down everytime u have to move the car.

Roomy, comfortable, fully equipped apartment. Lovely bed and linen. Fantastic location close to Roma St Station and the Brisbane Arts precinct (Southbank)
No balcony and the pool/ outdoor area was closed for renovation during our stay so there were no options for getting fresh air without leaving the building.

Modern and comfortable hotel. Conveniently close to Southbank, to rail and bus, and central shopping.
A little dark at the street entrance. Could do with more lighting for safety.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness; bathroom needs a full, deep steam clean. The grout was absolutely filthy and there were those little drain flies through the bathroom coming from shower and floor drains. Definitely needs a deep clean. Kitchen could use some additional attention too.
Air conditioning doesn't go lower than 21°C and was hard to feel it even working. It was a few very hot sleeps even with the fan flat out.
Parking was a little frustrating with limited on-site.

The hotel is a 2 min walk from Roma street station (airport train stops here). The apartment was spacious with a large comfortable bed and functional kitchen. There is a separate office area, which was useful. I had river views. There is a pub, cafe/bar, and supermarket very close and it is a short ~10 mins walk to the city centre, north quay ferry terminal, etc. The building is very secure & there’s a safe in the room.
There is no sound proofing - on the 6th floor I could hear all of the street noise to the point I thought the windows were open initially (they weren’t)! It takes a while for your card to activate on check in, and you can’t get a lift to your room until that happens. The wifi was slow so I gave up and used my own data most of the time.

Absolute superb! My stay was splendid, mainly due to the room facilities and amenities offered. Not to mention - great walking distance from the shopping area as well as the bridge connecting to the other side of the river where the museum, art exhibitions and performing arts centre are located. Would 1000% book again in the future!
If I have to nitpick, water was slowly leaking from the bathroom shower to the rest of the bathroom floor every time it was used, but wasn’t too bad as there’s a built in drain in center of the bathroom.
