The view from the pool and the location was great.
They allowed a late checkout no charge.
the rooms smelled bad they moved me 3 times the smell was horrible in every room.
I kept all the windows open my whole stay there was mold in the shower and marks on the ways it was very first there was brown stains on the bedding too when I arrived

Pool on roof was great and we had good views from apartment staff were accommodating <3 location was also the best
Rooms smaller then oaks on Charlotte smaller balconies , hallways smell abit yucky and the sauna does not work so don’t count on having a sauna it is definitely broken or just really old. Rooms needs updating

Large room and balcony that overlooked the river
very comfortable for our get away.
There was little to no instruction on how to use the air conditioning and where to take waste at the end of the stay. The room smelt musty on arrival, but we opened up the doors to let air in.

No free Wi-Fi as promised
Guess Wi-Fi was useless
Staff on the phone was dismissive and said because I didn't book directly with them but through booking.com he cannot give me free wifi. I paid 39 bucks per day for parking bit could had to hope to find a free hotel spot.

This hotel is in a fabulous location with the stores just around a corner . We got a taxi over to the wheel , Taxi drivers are quite different in Brisbane ! Quite rude if they think its a short fair ( even if you are giving them a huge tip ) but that is nothing to do with the hotel , which was awesome . We love the spa and the sauna .
Maybe leave a few more consumables in the apartments that are being occupied for the week and not a day . Especially as they are unserviced. It is a pain to ask for another sachet for dishwashing liquid or another bin bag or dishwasher powder . Yes you can go to reception , but f being occupied for 5 days - should have a couple of days supplies at least .

I liked the view, location, kitchen.
Not enough explanation on how to arrive. You couldn’t park outside, no where showing from the road where to park.

It was fine just a little dated.

Love sitting out on the balcony, but the view from the south side of the hotel is obscured by offices and other buildings, so
would prefer north facing rooms or central. We spend a lot of time on the balcony because we enjoy the view so much.
Apart from the south facing rooms having less views not much, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen easy to use and the showers are great. You can't hear the traffic inside the room so it is pretty soundproof.

Good location
Room didn't look like it had been cleaned, no other room available, cleaners not available till next day, so we cleaned it ourselves, stripped the bed when we left, should of left it, all bedding under sheets were strained and dirty, cooked on food in microwave, bottle caps under table and coffee table, the Foxtel box didn't work, lipstick all over cups and glasses, and we got to pay $2500 nzd to stay 7 nights, lovely place????

Great view from room, it was tidy and clean
Decor was pretty basic and charmless. Location was a bit seedy late at night.

location was great
the rooms are very outdated, not very clean looking, the bed was not comfortable at all, it was 2 single beds pushed together,

River/Southbank views from apartment.
Location: Close to public transport, CBD, river, South Bank and Botanical Gardens.
Cleanliness of room when we arrived and general fixtures and fittings need attention. Not many hangers in wardrobes for four people. Asked for some more, but they never turned up.

It was 1 bedroom apartment with seperate lounge room and dinning room. Kitchen was well equipped with EVERYTHING else need for cooking or takeaway meals with ALL cutlery and dish washer. Inside washing machine and dryer available to use for Complementary.
The price is above my budget. It is bearable for just 1 night ONLY, but 2nd nights was very EXPENSIVE close to $300 and $295 rate for 1 night. So I did NOT stay. For same price I could stay for 2 nights on Gold Coast instead of 1 night ONLY.

the spa and pool were very nice as was the room. we had a big balcony overlooking the brisbane river and everything in the room was quite clean. it was very close to the city as well.
we've been here a couple times but over a years time apart and both times one of the elevators has had a weird cover in it and it looks like it's in maintenance.

Staff on check in were friendly, lovely view from room and was quite large room for being in the city and really close to everything
Parking was a weird experience, all the mirrors in the room were filthy and I had to clean them myself so my MIL could apply her makeup as we could not see ourselves in them when we checked in, main bedroom only had 1 power point and the shower head was terrible, seemed to be blocked and the water just pooled at the head

Friendly & helpful staff, as a Cleaner I was happy with the Cleanliness & neatness of the Apartment. Easy check-in, close to the ferry & bridge to Southbank, round the corner to Queen St Mall, Myers’s, Coles & Restaurants, will definitely be back for a 3rd time sometime this year.
