Lage sehr gut
Frühstück sehr gut
gerne wieder.
Saunabereich.

Fantastic place. The service was good and the view is beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Csaba, who served the most delicious cocktails with a smile all evening. He tried to provide variety and to serve the requested drinks as soon as possible, and he helped if the person was unsure about the choice. It even serves several guests at the same time and pays special attention to children.

great hotel, top service and all inclusive dinner and assortment of drinks in all inclusive good value for money.
all inclusive price from 15 year teenager was a little on the expensive side especially as they don’t enjoy the alcoholic beverages. A teenage price between child and adult would be a nice difference in the overall cost.

Location was superb. Only few steps from ski room was the nearest slope. The resort offers free shuttle everyday 09:00-10:00am to the 🚠 and 15:00-16:00 back to the hotel. Very convenient. We didn’t booked the all inclusive and made our own breakfast in the spacious apartment kitchen which was fully equipped! For the dinner we went to the nearby restaurants or cooked ourselves something in the ap.
Really nothing.

Generally a great hotel, having stayed there multiple times. Good food and post-ski facilities. Separate review to cover the first half of our stay rather than this disappointing end to the trip.
the room for the second half of our stay was directly above the bar and noisy (2101). They also squeezed 5 adults into the small room, so much so that you couldn’t open the bedroom door properly because of how they had to add a single fold up bed, or get to the bedroom wardrobe without climbing over the same bed.

good facilities, location and food.
For this part of the stay (see separate review for later part), nothing - all good.

Perfect location for the lifts and the town. the facilities were superb -we had 3 teenagers with us and they loved the pools and spa area. our apartment gave us all the freedom to come and go and be flexible about our meals, the teenagers opting for a trip to the spar and a pizza in several times whilst we went for a meal. the food in the Grill was fantastic with exceptional service. the stag were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.
it was a little bit too warm and we struggled to get the temperature right in the apartment

The accommodation facilities are modern and comfortable, as part of the all-inclusive, the dinners are absolutely great - super quality food. High-quality alcohol is also included in the all-inclusive. SPA area great. 2 saunas, steam, massages (massages for an extra charge), 1 outdoor pool (warm water), 2 indoor pools (including 1 children's pool, both with super warm water). Everything in the hotel is intuitive, they have a lot of little gadgets to make your stay more pleasant. Smiling and nice ladies at the reception. Everything was great.
The lunch included in the all-inclusive is such an austere buffet. But that's just the only minor thing in the whole stay.

I booked the 2bedroom apt. It has 4 toilets and that really good.
The apartment is really big and enough for 6.
Everything was available from toilet paper to the kitchen stuff.
The view of my apt is breathtaking.
There was no washing machiene.

staff was very fendly and helpful.
Breakfast perfekt lot of possibilities to chose something,
Great.
Dinner was good as well,
The only issue which is not a real issue: the hotel enough big (even huge a bit) not to able to create a "fancy dinner feeling"
It was a self service which is really good, but ...this ffency " approach was missing.
But this is only my issue, i think...
room, bed were perfekt...
elevator, small and slowly,
spa area a bit crowded in the afternoon.
We had all inclisive service, but we couldn't see really the advantages.
You should think on it before you chose this option.
Limited drink and limited time for food and drink.
If you are during the day in the montains no sence to chose this option.
really...

The facilities, staff and food were all excellent. It was particularly helpful to be able to book ski lessons and buy ski passes at the front desk. Having ski equipment hire across the road was also hugely beneficial.
Nothing, really, everything was great and the Adler team should be very proud of the service they provide.

Fab hotel, great facilities with good location, good food & very helpful staff
My only negative is the kids clubs lady the kids really didn’t like her this year, they usually got on so well with pervious kids club person Sandy who was lovely & did some amazing arts & crafts but this year they didn’t want to go!
