Food was excellent. Loved the garden area for an evening drink.
I really have nothing to put here.

Lovely village pub, with great atmosphere. Reasonable food and bar prices. The room was very nice. Comfy bed and a nice shower.
Absolute nit picking, but the bathroom door was squeaky. Nothing else was wrong.

Large, comfortable room with all the necessary equipment.
Dinner: very well-cooked, delicious food, friendly service and attentive. Good-sized portions.
Breakfast: Good continental style breakfast with ample portions and great coffee.
Very dog-friendly and clearly a well-supported pub. Will certainly recommend (and have) and go again. Just the right break en route to Cornwall - a frequent trip.

A very comfortable place very clean, Vicky was extremely friendly and helpful!
A couple minor issues, the kettle wasn’t clean so couldn’t use it, and had problems locking the door apart from that a good experience!

great food, though no lighter options. Friendly staff. Our room could have done with an extra chair
It isn’t easy to park there.
A cooked breakfast option would have been good.

The staff were exceptional and they did it with a 😃
The very small bedroom was exactly that but that was how it was described on their website so cannot complain. Price reflected the size of the room and facilities provided so it was fair.

The property had everything you need for a little weekend away with a family with kids, including a child’s play area, food on site and baby equipment.
Cleanliness and property upkeep is a big issue. Would like to see that sorted before coming again.
We rented the garden suite, which can accommodate 4 people, and accordingly it is much more expensive. This was perfect as we have two kids. I found it cheeky we were then asked to pay an additional charge for the “extra person” (my child) to have sheets for his bed. The Manager did then say he only charged us for one of the two nights to do this as a good will gesture. But then why the higher rate for a 4 person room in the first place? I didn’t fight it too much but don’t think that is customary.
